THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! MUST READ B4 ORDERING HERE!!!!… So when I came through the drive thru to order my usual and decided to give this location a shot when normally I order from Sparkman loc. The one who took my order over the radio was very sweet and professional, also the young man handing the food out was also really cool. However once I received my food… The grilled chicken wrap with extra chicken (which ended up $10 after ordering extra chicken) then after opening it up to check it out, ensuring I got what I ordered. I felt as if it was the normal serving of chicken and previously ordering from Sparkman when I make this order, it’s always made very well and accurate with a great helping of chicken… Also the best staff. Anywho I went back to the drive thru window to request just a small amount extra to make up for what was missing if they didn’t mind and if it was any inconvenience that they didn’t have to worry about it. Ensuring that I was very professional and nice… The young gentleman mentioned this to the cook at the time and she addressed me very rude saying she already put too much chicken and was very flustered when I reiterated very nicely that my previous experience ordering this from another location was that the wrap was much thicker… And after a few more huffs and puffs and some comments I couldn’t make out she handed me a tray full of ice cold chicken… I believe truly that this store needs to learn from Sparkman because they have it hands down the best Wendy’s in Huntsville so far. I really hope this helps someone and potentially prevents anyone else from an experience alike. Happy holidays and good luck on your foodventures.

Between the “fresh” ai and the complete lack of service in the drive thru I was talked to by no one during my visit. I hated the entire experience and did not at all feel appreciated for going there. The only interaction I experienced was the exchange of payment and food. This was terrible and I can’t recommend going back

Customer service was awful. My order was of course wrong. It almost always is. When I called a crew answered the phone and did not properly handle the call. I had to make the suggestion to replace my fries since I have to come all the way back to have my order fixed. I just don’t understand how my other is wrong as much as it is.

We came in the back side so we were driving towards the drive-thru and it was a little hard to get in from that way but we had decided to eat in anyway and all of the parking spaces were facing the wrong way coming in from the back side so it was a little difficult for parking if you don’t come in facing the building. The food was hot and fresh and good overall good experience.

They recently tore down the prior building and rebuilt from scratch. The staff at this location were pleasant, reasonably helpful (drive thru) and got the order right. I was impressed.

Burger was practically charcoal, $1.50 for one half piece of bacon, 25 minutes to get to the order speaker , for burnt burgers and a cold order of fries,
Also, I know it was busy and the employees were friendly, but quality food please.

6 years experience at this establishment as a regular, has been mostly good. The past few months have really declined and much further down than the other lows I’ve experienced in the past. The past few years they have been very good & the staff was sweaty and complained constantly but provided good food and good slow service. Now the service is faster but constantly wrong. Ordering custom and triggering fresh prep leads to them throwing an old incorrect item in your bag if you’re in the drive-thru. Its happened so often I’m convinced it’s intentional.
I make every effort to be kind and courteous, grateful and thankful, quick and efficient when I order. I know people can be demanding and rude and I try to give them a good customer experience in the midst of their dreary shift dealing with mean people.
Unfortunately the service here has declined.
I don’t care about employees treating me any kind of way, but if you don’t give me what I pay for then I’ll take my business elsewhere and the business should be investigated for fraud. The wrong orders are a scam at this point.

Went through drive thru, customer service was on point but the quality of the food was trash. Tenders cooked too hard, chicken sandwich drenched in mayo, no lettuce on it…the Sprite was good though.

I am posting my sons experience: (12 years old).
The food was smashed but it was still good. It was hot and fresh. The server was nice at the drive through and fast. The atmosphere looked to be clean and quiet. The overall service was good and friendly. We ordered 4 junior bugers, and 2 frosties. It came up to $11.
I was not there. This is my sons experience with his grandfather.

Went in today and ordered the chicken ranch wrap. The chicken was dry and the lettuce had an off flavor. It was a new item on the menu, so I chalked it up to bad luck.
I was still nearby this location, so within 30 minutes of my original order I went through the drive thru again and asked “Hey my wrap wasn’t good, could I swap it out for something else like a chicken sandwich?” I handed them the food bag with the wrap still in it, only a couple bites taken out of it, and my receipt.
I’m given a confused look by the young woman working the drive thru, who takes the bag and the receipt back. A few moments later a man comes to the window and tells me he had “just made it” and I explain that it still tasted off. Before I can finish my sentence I’m told to pull forward to wait, which I do.
Then I wait 15-20 minutes. Not technically a long time, but a long time to wait for just a chicken sandwich while you watch car after car behind you getting served quickly.
Eventually it is brought out to me by the same man, who was already turned around walking away before I could finish saying “Thanks.”
Anyways here is the chicken sandwich they decided to replace the wrap with. It looks like they cut of parts of it to make it smaller.
