Came in tonight and there’s only one server taking care of everyone in the restaurant. There was a man with an ihop shirt just walking around with his hands in his pockets while she struggled with handling everyone at once. She was sweet and did a great job and the food was great and came out pretty past. Omelettes are always perfect here. Maybe yall should hire more help or have the other employees help rather than walk around watching poor servers having a hard time. Overall a good experience was just sad for her working so hard with no help. Have a great day

Wait staff need to be taught not to ignore the customer. We won’t ever return. 2nd time going and same results. The price we paid was not worth it. If you don’t care about empty drink glass, waiting to pay, pre bussing, and overall kindness etc then go otherwise stay away. You’ll just be disappointed. We won’t ever go back there.

Great customer service! The person that took my order was extremely nice and patient. She handled my order with grace and professionalism. While waiting for my to go order she carried on conversation with me making my wait time pleasant and enjoyable. The order was precise and delicious. I went at lunch and my burger and onion rings were really good. But the waiter I had was exceptional he had only been there a week and worked around there like he had been there for years. He treated every customer the same. I don’t know if I should reveal his name but he and his manager will know who I’m talking about.This was a really nice and respectful young man. I hope when I go back he’s working because I will ask for his section.

Worst experience I’ve ever had! We received our food which mine was missing ingredients by the time the waitress had made it back to our table everyone else was done, my food was cold and we had no refills. I told the server I would rather just take it off my check cause I didn’t eat it, she went and got that approved came back laid the receipt on the table and walked away. We went up to pay and waited at least 2 minutes before I had to go find someone to check us out.

I absolutely love this place. They definitely could work on their speed as it took 10-15 minutes before being served drinks and about 30 before getting food, but overall the food was great. It looks just like it was on the menu. The restaurant was clean and didn’t have any strange smells and all utensils were clean. I will definitely stop through here again.

Showed up to this IHOP on Easter Sunday. I was expecting it to be busy an a bit slow, however when I walked in it was not very busy. Since me and my family ordered our food we have been sitting here for over an hour. Our waitress has been nonexistent. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Update: We got our food and it was good. The manager came out and was very apologetic. I’m moving my 1 star to a 2 star only because of the manager she was great. Waitress is still nonexistent..

Sausage biscuits n gravy leaves much to be desired. You would think that here in the south, a brkfst restaurant like I HOP could atleast cook an edible order of sausage biscuits n gravy, but no, I guess that’s asking too much. The pancakes are good.

I usually don’t leave a whole lot of reviews but I felt like the staff at this ihop deserves to know how great they are doing. Also pretty sure they are under new management. Yes they were busy but the general manager I believe her name was Regina she was very personable and truly cared bout the customers. As Busy as they were she still came to our table just make sure we was enjoy it. We waited a little bit for the food ( to expect on busy Sunday) but the food was worth the wait. I had the big steak omelette was the best I got at any ihop. My wife had the Pumpkin pancakes. Just wanted to say good job. Phenix city IHOP highly impressed!!
