It’s finger licking good, or whatever they say at Cane’s. Busy popping place on a Thursday. Love the The Christmas Story theme going on. Chicken, spot on! The coleslaw kinda flavorless. My favorite was adding coleslaw to the bread topped with crazy sauce and chicken. Call me crazy, was fun to finally eat at this location. The lemonade is the way to go, however no refills included!

Don’t let the incredibly focused menu at the State Street Raising Cane’s fool you. When I first saw that they essentially only sell chicken fingers, I was a bit skeptical, but I’ve learned that doing one thing and doing it perfectly is a recipe for success. This location is a fantastic addition to the area, offering a simple, no-fuss experience that delivers on its promise of quality fast food. The restaurant itself is clean, modern, and has a vibrant energy that makes you feel welcome from the moment you step inside.
The star of the show, of course, is the chicken. These aren’t your average tenders; they are always cooked to perfection, with a light, crispy batter on the outside and incredibly juicy, tender chicken on the inside. What truly elevates the entire meal, however, is the signature Cane’s Sauce. It’s a creamy, tangy, perfectly seasoned sauce that complements the chicken in a way that is simply addictive. Paired with their crinkle-cut fries, buttery Texas toast, and refreshing sweet tea, it makes for an absolutely delicious and satisfying meal every single time.
What really sets this particular location apart is the top-notch customer service. As a relatively new restaurant in this part of town, you can tell the entire team is dedicated to making a great impression. The staff is consistently friendly, efficient, and genuinely happy to help, which creates a positive and welcoming atmosphere. From the cashier who takes your order with a smile to the speed at which your fresh, hot food is delivered, the service is truly exceptional. For a quick, delicious, and friendly meal, the Raising Cane’s on State Street is an absolute must-try.

I was told this was the best chicken tenders you could get. I’ll say that the sauce was great, but everything else was just par for the course. Obviously I loved the staff, they were super friendly and accommodating. This is solely about the food.

I am very disappointed with the experience. I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip combo and specifically asked my beverage light on ice. It was a to go order so when I got home I saw I only received 3 pieces of chicken not 4, the fries were plane and cold and plane (it was a 10 min drive so ok I will give them the benefit of the doubt), and my drink had more than half of the cup of ice. I wish I took pictures but my toddler was in a hurry to eat so it all was a rush.

The Canes story is like most companies that experience crazy growth, they get greedy and make the fingers smaller and raise the prices.

It used to be at dinner and lunch time you couldn’t get near the place. Instead they for $13 dollars you get four tenders that two used to be the size as one. They’ve killed their value proposition.

Their specialty, chicken fingers are quite good. Better than average. The fries are small and different from most fast food ones but, to their credit they are not greasy at all. The small downside was you pay extra for their dipping sauces, which I wasn’t impressed with.

The chicken were large pieces of meat. It came with a basket of fries. I would definitely recommend this place. The chicken was nicely fried. I scored the service low because there seemed no system of handing out the food. Our food was delayed. Seems like someone else took it. When we told them about the lateness, they did give us a basket of fries.

I don’t usually do one star reviews but don’t get me wrong!- the food here is great and the place is so clean! However I think the manager and staff here should feel more encouraged to refuse service to certain ppl. Tonight I came here with my friends and I noticed a kid (who was very obviously new) repeatedly wiping a table that another kid kept messing up. I mean he LITERALLY kept pouring sauce on the table and the staff member kept wiping it away. I’m not too sure how the managers are, but I really do feel like these kids and staff should be able to stand up to rude costumers and say no if they’re being disrespected. I get this is what true costumer service is, but what about respect to the ppl servicing you???? Not only that, after that kid left, the costumer and his friends kept pointing and laughing at the KID!! Food was great, service was great, but that genuinely spoiled my mood. As someone who also works in fast food, if you’re new, one of the first you should be taught is how to deal with disrespectful costumer and deny them service.

Husband and I both got the three chicken fingers combo, mine with half unsweet half sweet tea, and his with sweet only. The chicken was pretty good, the fries weren’t amazing but not bad at all, I was disappointed in their sauce, and that they didn’t have a wider selection to offer. All in all not a bad place to stop and get a quick lunch.

I bought for me and my boyfriend we came in when it was cold outside bought some food and waited for the bus I ordered it no problem I yelled outside for my boyfriend because he had to use the bathroom. He came in I bought it with his card and the manager refused to let him use the bathroom and then tried to charge 42 cents for honey mustard and the manager the whole time we wre siting down and eating just stared and glared at us like we did something wrong we will never be coming here again not to mention the food was terrible we have had raising canes before but it was never that bad. I love being treated like crap after we paid for food and just wanted a nice time to eatt and spend time together but were rejected and then judged the whole time we were there eating food we paid for and were nothing but respectful and treated like crap.
