So I had an online order. And i wanted sweet and sour sauce. It didn’t give me the option to put it on there so I decided to ask when I got there. Lady said it’s in the bag. LIE! LIE! Because it wasn’t on the order. So I go inside the store, I ask for the sauce. The lady is gonna tell me “she said she put it in the bag” .. stop lying. So they going back and forth with me, saying I got something that’s not even on my receipt. A kind young man gave me the sauce. It was the lady at the window with the sloppy pink nails & the lady with the burgundy, black, and blonde braids. This location is always going back and forth!

On Roadtrip from cailf! Stopped at this location 2465 US-80 in Jackson MS and was already to have Sausage Mc Muffins with Egg. Ordered 4 @ $2.50 each total $10.00 plus tax. And this is what I was given! The egg was fold type made out of egg mix! As you can see in the pictures! It is supposed to be a single egg cracked in a round mold on the grill . I can see a mistake on maybe one of the Sandwiches but all Four. Also stated on banner in windows no egg shortage at this McDonald’s. Also the Restaurant was filthy inside and especially the rest room. I WANT A FULL REFUND FOR ALL FOUR SANDWICHES! Wonder how long this has been going on with the eggs and the customer have been cheated for what they are paying for and also the Sandwich preparer maker should take the pictures home and study how things are made inless management has instructed to do this. Update did contact restaurant and corporate office . Never did return half the calls and never followed up on there mistake of giving me something different than I paid for. BEWARE !!

Order was wrong.Pancakes were not good.Asked for bacon and got sausage with the pancakes.The lobby computer didn’t print out all our order but we paid for everything. So we only got what she saw on her end.Not fair at all.

Super clean throughout! Breakfast items were served warm. Counter service was very efficient. Not too busy at 9 am. Guests are a little noisy at times which is typical of most fast food places. Overall one of the best McDonalds in the entire metro area.

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been too. Terrible service and food is a joke too. Wife ordered a big breakfast and this sorry excuse of a meal was provided. Eggs look like nothing more than the leftover scraps from someone else’s meal. Requested a sprite and said they only had milk, tea and coffee. Requested a frappe and they didn’t have that either. I can handle being out of things and such but the rude employees is what makes it not ok. This McDonald’s is a JOKE! I’d be ashamed to have my name on this one.
