The manager April was very rude and she refused to give a full refund. I returned some old burnt chicken tenders and she said because I didn’t bring back the drink and most of the French fries weren’t in the bag she would not give a full refund. I explained the inconvenience they have caused me, wasting my time, gas and money, for coming to buy my husband’s food for his lunch break. I dropped the food and drink to him and he had to call me back to pick up the food because he didn’t want to eat old burnt food. I didn’t expect Wendy’s to ask for the drink because of the inconvenience they caused us. When I asked April for her name so I can call corporate to complain she walked away and did not give me her name. The other worker said her name and that’s how I know it’s April. I reached out to corporate and was never contacted back.
Don’t support horrible business, there are other fast food spots to support

Order #10022. If you can read, it clearly says 2 sweet teas and 1 Dr Pepper. Somehow I received 2 Dr Peppers and 1 sweet tea, and instead of an apology, I got attitude from the shift manager.

Before even ordering, I stood at the counter waiting while the woman behind the register—who later claimed she was the manager—did nothing but complain, make excuses, and dismiss another customer’s concerns. When asked if a manager was available, she responded with, “Ummmm, I am the manager and I can’t close down this cash drawer if customers keep coming up here.” Completely unprofessional.

When it was finally my turn, the service didn’t improve. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no customer service whatsoever. Our order was wrong from the drinks to one of the sandwiches, and the manager’s behavior remained rude and disrespectful.

This is hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Wendy’s needs to seriously get it together—either retrain or remove this manager. The lack of professionalism, poor food handling (watch how they handle your food), and overall disrespect toward customers is concerning.

Honestly, this location needs new employees, proper customer service training, and a full inspection. This experience was disgusting, and I want my money back. If there is no response, I will escalate this beyond the regional level to corporate.

Avoid this Wendy’s unless you enjoy bad service and wrong orders.

Ordered a large strawberry lemonade and was given this. When asked why it looked like this, the woman serving the drive through told me to stir it myself instead of taking 5 seconds to prepare it properly.

Tasted great after ‘I’ stirred it myself once I got home, but shouldn’t the employees prepare the food and drinks? That’s like giving me the burger ingredients separately and telling me to assemble my own burger.

I went to Wendy today to get the baconator. It was the worst. The fries were cold and hard and the soda was flat with no ice. I used to love Wendy’s, but the quality of food has gone down. I wish I could give a negative review. And what’s the deal about NOT giving a receipt or a drink carrier if you have more than one drink?

I didn’t have the best experience at this Wendy’s. It was a Sunday and when I arrived it was pick up only from the window. I had ordered ahead on that app and the gave me the wrong order on the first try. Luckily I caught it. On the second try they forgot all the fries. SMH. Nat happy. When I complained to customer service the gave me a $5 coupon that expired in 3 weeks. Needless to say it already expired before I had a chance to use it. I think they lost a customer. There are other alternatives.

Idk why I continue wasting time eating here. They are terribly slow, have horrible customer service, and can’t seem to follow simple directions. You ask for no ketchup, they give you ketchup. You ask for a bacon cheese burger you get a burger with no bacon. Simple mistakes like this should not happen especially when the order is on the screen where they prepare food. The manager of this location should be ashamed of the performance of this team. I honestly don’t know why they are still open.

Was in the Covington area to visit family and came to grab a quick bite after leaving Walmart. I pulled through the drive-thru where I was greeted with constant attitude from the female taking my super short order.

I then pull around to the window where I could hear the staff discussing what goes in the bag and heard them say the sweet chili sauce. A male worker then opened the window, took my card, gave it back and proceeded to tell me, “here’s your drink, we don’t have any ice today. Also, here’s your food. Be good….”

So, not only did I receive a hot Coke, I opened my biggie bag to find lukewarm fries, a dry hamburger, and freshly cooked nuggets but WITHOUT any sweet chili sauce… Please close the store if you don’t have the bare essentials such as ice… Will never visit this location again.

I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but this Wendy’s is consistently terrible, particularly in the evening. The fries and nuggets always seem to be overcooked in grease that’s never been changed, yet always cold and nearly stale. 9 times out of 10 my order is completely wrong and/or I’m given somebody else’s order. The staff always seems to be having a bad night and are extremely rude and unpleasant.

I’m very disappointed. I came here last night. I simply ask for my food to be cooked to order. I placed an order on 3 meals … when I got my meals. All the fries were soggy . When I told them about it .. the used the same fries and redropped them and gave em back to me.
When we tasted the sandwiches . You can tell they were redropped as well .. it was rubbery and hard to chew.
