We passed this location on our way from Greenville, NC to Myrtle Beach, SC so it is about the half way point. I really love the Bo Bites that Bojangles has, but this location and many in eastern NC do not have them. So I went with the 4 piece Chicken Supremes combo. I got a sweet tea for my drink, macaroni and cheese for my side, and ranch as my sauce. The food came out as expected and tasted good. The biscuit was thick and fluffy, bigger than usual, which was cool. The people working were nice and efficient. Overall, I’m glad we stopped by!

Food is great. If I could give less than one star for customer service I would. I just spent 30 minutes waiting for my boyfriend and my food that he had put in online gave me the confirmation number and everything before I left. Got up there. I’m going to cash. Your lady up front asked me you know what I was waiting on. Said the lady in the Drive-Thru was working on our order. Okay great! No problems then these other people come in who also have online orders and are in a big hurry because they’re doordashing food to other people. One of the ladies called out online order and I’m standing right there off to the side at the counter and the people that come in after me don’t even question it. They just snatch it up. Then they go to the table and check the food and realize that that’s the wrong order because that was my order. So they take it back and then I asked them what’s the name on it? Did it happen to be the name on our order and it was. They don’t apologize for taking my order or anything. The lady knows the man personally and she goes ahead and makes their order for doordash instead of remaking mine and my boyfriend’s order even though we placed it first. Then she acts like she doesn’t see me sitting there. So when the other lady is like what was the name on your order again and I told her and then I told her that that couple took my order and then the lady that made the food was like. Oh yeah I just threw that away. Well you should have. Seems how someone else got that food but you should have remade it first. Seems how I was here first and I made the order first. It was placed first but instead you just sit there and act like I’m not there all because you know your little buddy and you go ahead and make his orders.

Here at Bojangles, you can have it your way. Their meals are finger lickin’ good and make me want to eat more chicken. You can eat fresh food and I’m lovin’ it. They dint have any pizza pizza, but they have the meats. Need a break? Stop and have the breakfast of champions. Here, they treat you like family, like a good neighbor. Here, you’re in good hands. Just do it. They got milk.

My wife and I frequently travel between Hampstead and Raleigh. A few weeks ago, we stopped at this Bojangles, on October 2nd, as we heard it is much better than most Bojangles. I stopped eating at Bojangles anywhere for some time now as the food and service were consistently horrible. Seems that no one can make the biscuits like they used to be before covid. The chicken got really greasy and the fries limp. Well, this Bojangles is running on all cylinders like a well managed business. The service is great, the food is excellent and while the biscuit was much better than Hampstead’s Bojangles, they still are not up to pre-covid delicious. I spoke with a delightful Sr Co-Manager by the name of Tameka Satchell and gave her great kudos on how she was running the place and the food being so much better. I had noticed earlier that Tameka immediately came to help when a line started forming inside (due to large order in front of me). The gentleman running the front looked back at the line and called for assistance. Tameka came immediately and helped restore everything back to normal fairly quickly. Hats off to Tameka and her crew for their exceptional handling of this particular Bojangles!

Man in front waited for this food people received there food he still waited. Man saw food getting thrown away he asked about it. The reply was your food needs to be fresh . I received my food which was a cajun fillet. I was handed a bag and was told this is your Cajun fillet inside. The bag was a grilled chicken sandwich. My fries were not hot. Seeing other reviews this site needs help from higher up the corporate chain.

The chicken was partially raw. I took it back and the chicken want hot. Then I got charged twice and told the boss she said she saw it but couldn’t refund my money cause it was pending so I didn’t go back. Check your food before you leave and check your card also.

Awful service and food. Also the general manager, Cameron is very rude the way he speaks to women. He likes to belittle them and talk to them like they are scum. I would had expected much better treatment from someone in such a position. I am shocked this company allows such.

went today around 8:30 to get a 6-tender and dirty, and the cashier named ZaNira added two supremes to my order for herself, I guess. No wonder she and the cook were looking at each other like the usual suspects.

Treasure made our stop a nice experience. She was clear and concise when I placed the order and made sure we understood. She also moved over to help pack the bag and much to our surprise, she placed the condiments in the bag beside biscuits instead of the usual fast food throw in on open fries. I was taken bAck by her attention to detail. She is indeed an asset.
