My visit was great. Food was good. Summer was super kind and patient. She genuinely smiled at all the customers and was extra thoughtful when speaking to everyone. The other team member I spoke to was super sweet too. They made the visit even better.

I visited the 6123 Newberry Rd. location in early September. I had seen the commercials on tv, advertising the BBQ Brisket Whopper Jr. and I was really excited about trying it. The actual burger I received was so disappointing! It looks nothing like the advertisement. It was loaded with mayo and had about two onion straws. I don’t even think it had bbq sauce. Not to mention the attitudes of the employee taking orders needs a serious adjustment. The girls that took my payment and delivered my food through the window were fine though. Overall, not a good experience. Look at the sandwich I received in the pics compared to the advertisement. I mean, I know ads almost always over represent an actual product, but this is ridiculous.

It’s a normal but clean experience. The 8th ave location has some really great people working there, never a problem but maybe a little bit of a wait, especially in this day of high online ordering happening, have patience. Either or I have just had the greatest experience with the management, any time we interact, I am so blown away with the absolute pure kind people they have been. Always about business, the business of people that is. They do not play with their positions. They just get people. Now to add that, everyone out here wanting someone to bend their will or jump hoops to please you, the customer, I’m privy not to include you. These are old school loving people. Real. People. Honest. You don’t run a ship or a race, spineless. Bless you (in the name of the one & only savior) Great team any time of day.

I go the drive thru at night when I get off work. The drive thru employees at night tend to be not friendly and unprofessional. Tried to go twice tonight and both times they had us sitting over 10min beforeeven attempting to take our order and only yelled “gimme a min” and that was that. No one came back to take our order and there were other cars waiting too. Will not give my money to this location anymore. Hire professional employees that communicate. I know its fast food but cmon! There was nothing fast about this. I shouldn’t have to sit at the speaker box 10min waiting to even give my order. We even said “hello?” After waiting 10min and it was silence. Drove away past the window and saw 3 employees back there so they definitely had people to work.

Bad experience.
Placed a pick up for the wrong BK (which was totally my fault).
Came to the drive thru and said my name. They told me to pull around. Waited probably 10 min to get to the pay window she asked if I was the mobile order and i said yes and she waved me to the second window. Maybe 15 min go by and i finally make it to the window, they asked for my name, Ryder, which I know is not common and they repeatedly got wrong, 5 min go by only for them to tell me they never got my order….
30 min and not one person checked to see if I had a order…..

First impression was the the restaurant was fairly clean, except the bathroom that was definitely was not. The person taking our order didn’t get the burgers correct, one with may and. Cheese the other with no mayo nor cheese….ended up with one with mayo the other with cheese that was easily to remedy for us. The burgers were delicious with fresh ripe tomatoes and all the rest. The fries were also fresh and good…the sweet tea was too sweet for our taste but that’s ok. The food was good so that makes it worth the other small issues. Didn’t realize the whopper got its start in Gainesville

They forgot my Hershey pie and when I attempted to call the restaurant they dont answer and voicemail is not set up. Tried to get a refund from burger king customer service online and was refused a refund and only offered a credit. I worked all day and shouldn’t have to drive all the way back to get my pie or money. Especially when I ordered it through the mobile app, they can issue a refund but they choose not to. For this reason, I will not shop at any Burger King ever again. To offer me a coupon when you didnt produce the item I paid for is insulting. I dont think you’re performing well enough to be losing customers over $3. I’ll take my hard earned money somewhere else, where a refund is guaranteed when they make mistakes and not a laughable coupon.
