The concept and inspiration of Mas Taco Bar came to life when the Wong brothers of Mac Hospitality Group and a longtime friend and real estate broker discussed ways to feature tastes from around the globe. The answer: “What better way to feature tastes from around the globe than in a taco?” Mas Taco Bar features unique, untraditional tacos ranging from pork belly and Korean fried chicken to fried oysters, to name a few. The tacos run the gamut of flavors, and the menu also features appetizers, a handful of “not tacos,” bowls and desserts. The cocktail menu offers specialty margaritas and craft cocktails handmade with fresh ingredients, easily paired with any taco.
Unique & nontraditional tacos are served at this contemporary space with 25 beers & 50 tequilas.

It’s complicated. Don’t let the word “taco” in the name fool you. Sure, Mas Taco will scratch that Mexican food itch, but they also sling creations inspired by everything from banh mi to butter chicken. Taco passport, anyone? ✈️
From traditional starters to street food faves like grilled corn, to “burrito” bowls (the word burrito is on silent mode), to churro waffles—yes, churro waffles—Mas Taco’s got you covered from breakfast to dinner.
The Potato Taco? A hearty taco , loaded with avo, roasted poblanos, fresno garlic oil, and all the cilantro. And while I’m not usually a fake meat kinda vegetarian, the Impossible Asada? Plant-based perfection. I’d swipe right again and again.
The tacos can run a bit on the small side for $4 but they are delicious and worth it.
Their drink menu? Always serving. But real talk—no margarita pitchers? A true crime. The Margaritas Gigantes try their best to compensate, but it’s just not the same. #sorrynotsorry
Service is friendly and chill, but when it gets busy (and it will), expect a little delay. With neighbors like Ace of Spades, timing your visit is key. The vibe is vibrant, modern, and built for groups—inside or out. Parking, however? A mild nightmare. Bring patience, coins, or a rideshare app.
How I break down my ⭐️ reviews:
1 – Not if it was the last thing on DoorDash. ️
2 – Meh. Maybe if I’m close, and high.
3 – Mid. Not texting the group chat about it. ♀️
4 – Hella solid. Planning my next visit.
5 – Shut up! Take my money. Om Nom Nom.
The tacos were not traditionally made, but I enjoyed the creative fusion of different add-ons that made them unique. The fries were quite delicious and definitely a highlight. The Michelada, however, was a bit too intense for my taste, with its spiciness and bitterness being slightly overpowering. Overall, I wouldn’t mind coming back to explore more of the menu and try different items!
