I came to mc Donald’s today and I asked for my fries and the rest of my order COOK TO ORDER –
The young guy with wavy hair helped me and he said I would get a receipt at the window and I didn’t so I don’t have his name.
I get to the window and this Asian guy gave me my fries and they were cold and I asked him if I can get my fries fresh, he was BOTHERED when I told him and he said you need to park if you want a fresh basket of fries. The other 2 fries I purchased were warm when I touched them and when I parked I noticed that they had just thrown them in the fryer and they were really dark they weren’t fresh.
THENNNNNNNN they send over YAJAIRA to bring my fries and let me tell you she was very nice and understanding I expressed my concerns and she was so helpful. I wish they were more people like her please give her a raise! Mc Donald’s you need more helpful and friendly people like her.
Thank you for all your assistance Yajaira otherwise I would’ve have terrible fries.
I have to speak up and I asked for my food FRESH & most important because IM PAYING for it it’s not free. If it was free I wouldn’t be complaining.

Please BEWARE!! If we could give a “Zero”, we would have. This McDonald’s does NOT do “in person” ordering at the registered. They ONLY take orders by kiosk and by online ordering. They have people working in the lobby and MANY in the back kitchen and behind the counter areas. Even one worker, (seems to be a female manager) walked up, printed out receipts at the registered practically in front of us and TOTALLY ignored us and walked away! We are not from this area and was visiting an elderly friend at a nearby nursing home. We Highly DO NOT Recommend this McDonald’s. Take your business at a better McDonald’s nearby or at another eatting establishment but not here.

Hi, my dad and I just came from here and had the worst experience. The customer service was AWFUL. Now I’m not the type to make a complaint but this deserves one. The girl was so rude my dad had to tell her to “calm down,don’t yell at me I’m just confused”. She then continued to keep being rude and yelling towards him after he asked nicely. I’ve had rude customer service before but not this rude. Whoever was the employee serving us thru the drive thru speaker at that time needs to learn better customer service or just quit if she can’t learn human decency to be nice to customers. My dad wanted to order a burger for him also and she was giving him a tough time saying “ ok you can go now” and also the total so he couldn’t order after we Js ordered one thing.But he count ones to ask and say please and she just wasn’t cooperating what so ever. She was way to much in a rush when their was no line what so ever. Then the burger was also cold. Do better we would like a refund for this awful experience.

They’re quick it’s in a convenient spot, I order the same thing pretty much everytime and lately my usual has been looking more like a mc cum than anything. I swear they’ve been putting way too much mayo on my sandwiches and the employees do it as a meme but still it’s been gross lately

Just left there and truly in disbelief….got home and opened my sons meal and see pictures to see what we received!!!!!!!!!!! I absolutely had to share this. I would rather they shorted me a pancake then they give me whatever this is!! They knew it when they made this plate

Every single time I come now I need to salt my own frys if you want frys without salt this is the place to come I’ve been here 10 times and every single time my frys happily came in salted and without salty goodness, if you want salt ask them and get a bag while your at it and “shakie shakie”

I drive for Uber eats and DoorDash and they never have the orders ready. I would like to know why I can’t go on the drive true to get the food please understand that us drivers have multiple orders and we can’t be turning off the car parking and waiting for our order to be ready. It should be ready and we should be able to also get the orders true the drive-true i would like a call back from corporate office this location is never on point what is going on?

This McDonald’s is always good. Of course McDonald’s is not the greatest food but whenever you’re feeling like having it you can’t go wrong at this location. The burgers and fried are always decent and particularly the fries, always hot and fresh when you get your order. What I like about this location is they it’s never packed.
