The food was horrible! Three whoppers and an original chicken sandwich with fries. Cold meat, stale buns and nothing like the social media advertisement for the “new whopper”. BK is trash! Certainly, this franchise is. I spent $40 and corporate offered me a $15 coupon. Bye, BK. I wish I never came back. Especially not for a lie.

I went through the drive thru so I can’t tell you about the atmosphere. What i can say, is that the Spicy Royal Chicken was the best here than I’ve had at any other burger king. The ingredients were so fresh you could taste it, and here I never imagined you could taste an ingredients freshness in fast food. 10/10 long wait though

Workers were angry looking. Told them to have a great day, they just gave a dirty look back. Get my food and not even edible.The baconzilla bun was soaked as if water was spilled on it and wrapped and some discoloration, same as the Honey mustard chicken wrap. Threw away whole order. I won’t even try to take it back for a exchange it was sooo bad.

I’m a door Dasher and it’s one young lady tall that has no people skills at all, No communicative and not very pleasant or inviting to customers there or Door Dash employees, she should be on fries imor on the grill where she doesn’t have to deal with the public… The other employees are Great but the tall young lady with red hair needs to work!!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!
Walked in at 9am, stood in empty lobby for over 5 mins listening to the girl on the drive thru window complaining that she will not help customers in the lobby because she is on the window. The old woman in the back stated no available over time so she sent the lobby cashier home.
This conversation continued as both women looked at me without saying a single word of acknowledgement or making any effort assist me as I waited and waited.
I finally left UNASSISTED, but I was able to discourage 4 customers from going into the building while composing this review.

Well this time I decide to go through the drive-thru to order a junior kids meal to eat the whole order was cold the first was lukewarm the hamburger was cold and only thing that was decent was to drink a Sprite but I will never go back there again

I don’t often come to this location because it looks very rundown and it’s right off of 8 Mile and Gratiot where people don’t like to be nice while they’re at work. I ordered a few sandwiches some fries some nuggets and a couple of large sprites. All of my sandwiches were supposed to come with cheese one of them did not. The nuggets tasted like they have been sitting in the warmer for about an hour or so. I think the fries and the burgers were the freshest things. They only accepted forms of payments of card if you went into the store but if you ordered on the app you were okay. This location isn’t horrible but it’s not my first choice.

I went to this location on 05/16/2025 and ordered a bk fish,whopper junior, and a small chicken fry. My order came to 9 bucks and some change. First as I’m looking at the screen we told her we didn’t want a small fry we said chicken fries,long story short got to the window I was charged 14 dollars she act like she didn’t know how to count,we didn’t get a receipt and our order was still wrong. She charged us for a meal which doesn’t make any since,they were about to give us someone else order,then act like they were doing us a favor because of the pop and 2 order of fries,if I wanted that I would’ve ordered it. Never going there again,I’d rather go to another location. Get your staff together!!
