I love this food here. It is fresh and tasty. The staff is commonly friendly, and the service is also quick. Qdoba is my go to after I land at the Newark Airport. It tends to also be my go to after returning from one of the Jersey beaches.

I had such a wonderful experience during my recent visit! The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and impressively clean, which made the entire meal even more enjoyable. The customer service was truly top-notch from start to finish.
A special shout-out to Chantell, who made my visit exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, and so professional. She made great recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her service was absolutely amazing and really elevated the whole experience.

I had an incredible experience at the Qdoba in Union thanks to Marissa and Gabriel. From the moment I walked in, both of them had great energy and made the whole visit feel welcoming.
Marissa was super attentive, patient, and made sure every part of my order was exactly how I wanted it. Gabriel was just as impressive — fast, friendly, and really knew how to put a bowl together with care. You can tell they both take pride in their work.
It’s rare to find staff who go above and beyond, but Marissa and Gabriel absolutely did. Because of them, this location stands out. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This is definitely my favorite location to go to. They’re very sanitary which is extremely important to me and their professionalism is beyond belief. Today I came in for lunch and had the pleasure of being served by Chantel. She was very efficient, knowledgeable and extremely professional. She made us feel welcome as she was very patient with us and we never felt rushed. The food was exactly as I excepted. Will definitely be coming back more often.

Stopped by Qdoba after a long day of traveling, and it totally hit the spot. The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome. Service was quick, and the food was fresh and packed with flavor. Had a wrong order delivered, gave them a quick call the fixed it, in under 3 mins were so nice about offered to remake it, if I could get there which unfortunately I could not, but I still really appreciated the offer.
