Cheese curds are awesome! Wings are great! The sliders are okay. They have a little kick to them just so you know, but the side of beer cheese cools it down. Service was good. Buffalo wild wings gets a bad rap sometimes but I like it!

We stopped in for an early lunch as we traveled through the area. The french fries in the seasoning on them were delicious. The person that I was traveling with ordered wings with three different sauces. They were very happy with what they had ordered. The service was fantastic. The facility was very clean, well-organized, and well-managed. There are plenty of TVs with a wide variety of sports being shown.

My spouse and I went to this restaurant to give them another try at a different dsy and time from a previous bad instance where we were turned away due to lack of kitchen help and delay over an hour ro sest us. When we got there the red haired hostess that begins with an A was so confused where to sest us in a mostly empty place. We were seated and another waitress came over very timely and took our order. We got the appetizers with no silverware or napkins. Chicken tenders came later with cold fries and no honey mustard asked for.
Made a point to ask for the mustard she stops to take another order and the starts joking with the hostess. I ask for my check and the manager and she tells me the manager Amanda is not on duty and only someone named Stephen acting as manager that is too busy to come out. She doesn’t offer to comp the food, or replace it with fresh, tells me they were out of mustard thats why she didn’t bring it back and was a horrible waitress.
I just wanted to leave so I give her a 25 gift card and 20.00 bill and she tells me because my portion was only 50 cents what do I want yo do I said thats what the 20 was for to break it and to cover the difference she said are you sure I said yes because im going to file a complaint anyway thats all i had so she said thanks and just walks away. Who does that? Doesnt get the acting manager, does t replace or fix the food when I was upset she was chatting instead of fixing my food and thinks the 20 was for her doing nothing for me. Had my wife not wanted to go I would have wanted to raise a scene until I got my change

Shelly was my bartender and server. She killed it!! Super nice and friendly. She was doing probably the job of 4 people being so under staffed. The food was was good. 5 stars for service and food!!

I’ve been here on two separate occasions in the past month. The first time I placed an online order and waited well past my quoted time when I got to the restaurant. I was then given the wrong food and I didn’t know until I got home. The second time was tonight. I placed another online order thinking my first experience at this location was a one off. When I placed the order the ASAP quote time was 30 min after it was placed which I thought seemed insane. My husband goes to pick up the food and it’s not ready. He waits in the restaurant for an additional 30 MINUTES which means the takeout order took over an hour to make? There were 8 people also waiting on to go orders. This location needs to get it together or I’m positive it won’t be open much longer. I will never waste my time with this place again.

New review Thursday 9/25/25, pick up. Not very good boneless wings. Some were small pieces of dried breading. Long wait for a preorder online. Usually much better. Buffalo Dip, and chips were good . Flavors on wings tasty.

Went to buffalo wild wings for Valentine’s, and everything was great! Food is always good. Our waiter, Ian, he was on it. Our drinks never ran out, and the food was served in a timely manner..still hot and fresh. This has always been our go to for wings.

Unfortunately, my experience at this particular Buffalo Wild Wings fell far from meeting any expectations. In this establishment not one employee, including the manager, knows how to provide proficient customer service. When trying to address an issue the manager said she would be back and never returned. She didn’t strike me as a strong communicator or leader. Issues including; consistent neglecting new and regular patrons- waiting minimum 30 minutes for a small order purely due to poor management and a slow kitchen; poorly executed takeout orders, and an overall lack of preparation and attentiveness in waitresses.

Not sure what happened here. I ordered an online pickup for 6:10 I got there a few minutes early in hopes maybe it would be ready well it’s now 6:40 and I’m just now leaving the parking lot. After waiting for my food for 20 mins they said it’ll be a few more minutes for my tots. After that they came out with no tea. Told me it would be 5 more minutes. An hour for food is insane. I ordered at 5:50. They had no one working Togo and was forcing this one SERVER to do everything. I walked in first and still got serviced after 4 different Togo orders and 3 tables. Never again.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!! Ordered a to go order. Noticed the pending payment was less than what was processed. I sat at the bar and tipped my bartender. I do not leave tips on to go orders because I didn’t receive service from a server. However it seems the “server” helped herself to a tip. It wasn’t much but for me its the principle, it was theft.
