I stopped to get KFC this evening for my family. I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed to get, so I decided to go in to place my order. All three of the employees that I could see showed me excellent customer service! They were friendly and helpful, made sure to ask if my order was correct while I was checking it before leaving, and all wished me a good night. The order was correct and the food is excellent. It was so refreshing to have a carry-out order go so smoothly, and the friendly faces were just icing on the cake. Great job to your staff!

If you are wanting great food we’ll go to taco bell next door they won’t make you wait I waited 30 minutes for my food to get sub par food my chicken tasted good but were tiny I have never been to a place so slow in my life they take forever to make the food then you get sub par food the cashier we had couldn’t figure out where the food is on the register and I understand if you new the probably has worked their for years and still everytime I go there for my food its a hassle to get her to get on the on the register if you want to go somewhere that makes food at the speed of a snail by all means go to this KFC I have been there twice probably wouldn’t even go back because the drive thru got their food faster if you go here i feel sorry for good luck the food might okay sure isn’t worth the wait

The workers there are rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The worker was on her phone on the customer’s side of the counter and did not acknowledge us until I coughed to get her attention. My wife tried to order on the app and went inside to ask them about the issue. The short lady came over and told her that it was because they were about to close. My wife then asked if she could still order and the short lady huffed and walked to the back while the worker on our side went behind the counter. The short lady then said to another employee, “Don’t go anywhere, they’re ordering” with a nasty attitude. When our order was complete, the short lady placed the bag on the counter and didn’t say anything. Being that there was others in the restaurant, we checked to see if it was our order. This is the second time having issues with the short lady that works there. The last time she made me wait 20 minutes to order cause she “didn’t see me.” Corporate needs to do something about the employees that work there and train them in better work ethics or risk losing money.

The older lady that was supposed to be taking orders was standing bent over laying across on the customer side of the counter on her phone and didn’t care to acknowledge us until my husband coughed and we continued to stand there and make our presence known as it was close to the time that they were to close after the app didn’t work. This is why we went in and they told us that there was nothing they can do about the app because it was close to closing time and they didn’t know anything about the app anyways and they were rather rude and did not care to want to take our order and then I finally said well we would like to order still and the short lady in the back told another employee don’t go anywhere. They’re ordering with a nasty attitude and upon completing our order another employee just came and put the bag of food on the counter didn’t even let us know that it was ready or call our receipt number so we can grab our food while it was still hot. I then grabbed the bag and looked in it to see if it was ours as no one cared to bother to either hand us our food or cared whether or not we got our food. This is not the first issue we’ve had an issue with the short lady and her attitude and the atmosphere and the attitude is very unprofessional and unpleasant. If you don’t like dealing with people, why are you in that line of work and we are pleasant people so there was no reason whatsoever to act or react that way …. Something really needs to done about these particular people and their horrible work ethic …

This KFC is notoriously bad. Every time I’ve gone there my order had incorrect or missing items. After my recent experience there I decided not to visit this location again. I placed a mobile order for items that the store was out of and there was no way to cancel or change the order once it is placed they just offered me different items that were cheaper than what I purchased so I was out the money. I purchased 2 chicken sandwiches and they were out of filets so they put 2 small tenders on buns for each one and said this is all they can do. Customer service was of no help either.

Spent $70 at the drive-thru, only to get home and realize we were missing a few items. Went back to have our order fixed, and the staff was rather rude and unapologetic. Don’t ask for higher wages if you’re only going to put in $7.25 worth of work ethic.

Might be able get some help after the lady at the counter gets off her phone and talking to friends who come in to talk to them . Just needed some plates and sauces for my $60 worth of food and had to wait an extra almost 15 minutes or so. Kinda rude.

I ordered 2 # (2#) the chicken breast and wing. ( Combo ) they didn’t have any white meat. So I had to take tenders instead. I would have never ordered had I known they were out. Very disappointed

Food order was INCORRECT!!! AS USUAL! They Never answer the phone to correct the issue. Doesn’t matter if you order from the App, Drive thru, go in yourself or use Door Dash; the food is always WRONG, COLD AND GREASY!!! DON’T WASTE TIME OR MONEY!!!

Placed a $77 dollar order this evening. Ordered the 16 piece crispy family meal. Extra sides. Asked if the chicken could be dropped fresh. Well that’s a 40 min wait. Took what they had. Got home and the chicken breading was completely falling off the chicken. Some parts of the chicken was shriveled and bare. Extremely greasy, simply not fresh. Went back to get a replacement bucket and the guy at the speaker told me that’s what happens after you have the chicken for a while. They don’t replace after an hour. Mind you I came home then went straight back and waited in line 15 minutes. Well the manager came to the window and asked what my problem was so I explained the chicken was not fresh as it could be I’d like a replacement bucket. He argues that it is crispy and that’s how their crispy is. A “lady” chimed in to tell me it was fresh because she seen the cook take it from the fryer. Lie!!!! How could she see him do that when it was going to be a 40 min wait for fresh???? These people working there are very rude and argumentative. The manager proceeds to go get a piece of chicken and bring it to the window with tongs to demonstrate to me with his hands, manually pulled the breading off and said that’s how the chicken is while dropping it in a box. I said you are manually pulling the breading off that chicken! The breading is already off and not even sticking. He said I had it too long, I said it’s still hot! I replaced the bucket with the original and boy oh boy I should have kept the “crispy” because what I got looked like garbage! So so bad. Oh and I was not allowed my receipt back since I got a replacement. I called corporate and I hope something is done about that lame sad service and terrible food.
