The lady that took the call was rude to me and even hanged up the call abruptly and so we are done. No more buying or supporting the restaurant. Once a great local Chinese food option now just tarnished by overpriced food and smaller portions and poor customer service.

Food was mediocre at best. Spring rolls and crab rangoons were over cooked and Shrimp Pad Thai was not even close to what it should be. Definitely would not order here again.

Absolutely terrible not only was it not good but I ordered five things and instead of getting what I ordered I got too large fried rice. I ordered house rice I ordered a chicken wings. I got chicken fingers and I ordered egg drop soup and they brought me chicken noodle.. Terrible These people should do better
And this is why I usually drive to the Ocean Kai in Hingham

Ordered a Pork Lo Mein. Very disappointed to find out the “noodles” were fried pieces of starch in a little baggy that you were supposed to sprinkle over 2 pounds of bean sprouts and onions. Called to confirm if they got my order right and they said that was how it is. I paid $14 to eat bean sprouts on my lunch break.

First and last time ordering there. Delivery driver is extremely disrespectful, did not want to deliver my food to my door. I was ready to tip him $15 for simply walking in and bringing my food. He decided to be disrespectful for absolutely no reason and told me to no order there because he did not want to get out his car. I called the location and they seem to not care. Food is not all that good either. This ain’t how you run a business.
