The manager speaks very little English.
And the teenagers who works there don’t understand how to do anything.

Went in early morning, it wasn’t busy, there was no line in drive through. Food was burnt and dry. Bagel was HARD. Best thing was the OJ.

I pulled up ordered my food the young lady taking my order barely spoke English. I asked to speak to the manager and gave me a hard time and said the manager does not get there until 9:00am. Mind you it was 6:00am when I was there. Poor customer service. I go to McDonalds all the time and this is by far one of the worst experiences in one of them.

A typical McDonald’s. This particular location had a highly unprofessional employee taking drive through orders. After getting through that experience, No one at the pick up window would make eye contact, literally ignoring me until I got their attention.

The parking lot was not easy to get into, especially if you were coming from the hwy but that isn’t the staff’s fault. Once we got inside they seemed overly busy and flustered but it sounded like they had just finished filling a really large order for a business. My daughter and I ordered a hot fudge sundae and an ore blast. The cashier had to ask us multiple times. Then after we paid and went to sit and wait she came and asked again. Then she brought out a caramel sundae instead of hot fudge but I was tired of waiting so I didn’t complain but wth? They also seemed short handed. I saw several managers running around.

Only been here one time and won’t be coming back until some cleaning happens. You can tell they don’t clean their drive-thru. The trash is so bad it smells and there’s bugs flying around everywhere. Made me feel really trashy.
