Croissant so horribly burnt it’s not even edible, couldn’t bother to actually put a practical amount of cheese. Literally failed at every aspect of your job. Including quality control, which your manager fails at!
The employee should be ashamed of themselves for not only failing to be able to do their job but actually serving this to a customer and taking the money knowing you failed to deliver an edible product
It’s interesting how the cost, quality and the size of Food is going to crap but our money still has to have the same value when we use it to purchase crap.
I get that people hate their jobs, but the fact that you gotta put it into your food preparation, makes you a pathetic person.

So, it’s the little things. This particular Dunkin’ is at the top of my list. All I ordered was a large coffee, but the service was amazing! I was even asked if I wanted an extra large instead because I had stated I loved their coffee. Extra special recognition goes to Jackie & Chandler for being awesome!

One star. Went through a bit ago and ordered 2 coffees. One was the way it should be, the other was not. Typically I wouldn’t say that means 1 star but in this instance they could cost someone their life. The coffee was a large latte with Carmel swirl and French vanilla swirl. They added hazelnut instead. I can’t drink it, hazelnut makes me nauseous and vomit. So I did have to toss it. I’m not allergic to nuts but the next person might be. Photos attached.

I went to go order and mind you today was like a free drink because they have it for the holidays and this lady not only did she take my order wrong. She’s claimed that they don’t have frappe‘s so she’s like do you want a frozen or latte I said iced coffee, but she said she couldn’t hear me either way. I assumed a latte was still an iced coffee same thing so when I put my code, she said it didn’t work. I got a latte You’re supposed to put a iced coffee I thought that was the same thing and so she I told her can I make it in an iced coffee and she proceeds to ignore me and took the card out my mom’s hand. like if I was gonna pay for it, I would’ve gotten a smaller or I wouldn’t even get anything. I just want to drive off but it’s supposed to be free today like I don’t know why she’s acting like that. She just wanted the money for real. Bad service though and was rude. was not patient at all. white woman to be exact tall not that other lady with her, but her.

After waiting a fair amount of time in the drive through my bagel had barley any cream cheese on it. Who wants to eat a dry bagel after paying almost 4.00 for it??

I stop several mornings early. Mornings are ok. Friendly staff. Fast. I ask before i order as early means items may not be ready. Fair enough. Today my mother stopped at 1:30. Messed up her drink twice. Handed her coffe then her tea was wrong. The donuts she got are stale. I worked at dunkin; even if you had them made off site they should not be this hard on the edges like these at 1:30. They are STALE. Not acceptable. People work too hard today to waste money.

Everything was great and the young lady at the window, I believe her name was Hailey, greeted me with a sweet smile. The reason for only 4 stars was because the coffee was terrible. DD is one of my favorite coffee stops but Friday it tasted like hot water and milk.

The espresso has a rich flavor without being bitter, and the cold brew base keeps it refreshing till the last sip. You can really taste the quality of the beans and how freshly it’s made. I’ve tried plenty of iced coffees, but this one stands out — it’s my new daily favorite!

I cannot let the day end without giving major kudos to your (very) early morning staff. They are very gracious and kind. Even with just the drive through open it’s a busy place and the two employees handling things were efficient and provided great service.
