Refused to let me reorder my food. They did not give me one of my subs and one had none of the toppings I paid for. I called back to place an order, was willing to pay. The dude said I would have to order through doordash AGAIN rather then come pick up food I was paying for. I did not ask for anything free. I said I was willing to pay.

Restaurant has always been clean (floor and tables), although it’s rare when I’ve seen customers eating there. Usually people pick up carryout or go through the drive-thru. I personally prefer going inside picking up carryout as opposed to the drive-thru to see how everything looks. I’ve been there many times. My orders have alway been accurate and prepared well except for ‘one’ time when a salad was ordered and it was poorly put together and the vegetables appeared to be not very fresh. Normally always get subs, fries, sometimes wings (are ok but not anything special) and salads.

I just paid $15 for a large steak and cheese sub. never in my life have I had less meat in any sandwich. I believe I just bought bread and no meat ! I’m not sure if the staff is aware of what other tubbies puts on their subs but this Roseville location is hands down to skimpiest and worst subs you can get anywhere. Don’t waste your money you owe me 15 bucks for the bread sandwich that you served me. shame on you and the company for this crap I would never recommend this tubby’s to anyone.

The employees are nice.
The sides are good.
The cupcakes were delicious.
But the sub was questionable. I’ve eaten Tubby’s many times and the chicken has never looked like this. I thought it was tuna when I opened it, didn’t taste very good, bread was mushy and there was barley any dressing so I’m not sure how or why the bread was so wet. Unfortunately won’t get a sandwich from here again but will come back for the jalapeño poppers.

Do NOT order STEAK n Chz. It’s either unseasoned Hamburger or horribly chunked. The bread was NOT fresh & tasteless. Go to McDonald’s next door & use app for free or discounted food. Manager is lazy & has BF sitting in like security. OVERPRICED. Find another location.
