I got the 2 fish for $6 and the buns were so dried out and tuff I could not eat them. Seems they were yesterday’s that was steamed too many times. I sent in complaint online and have not heard back. I would have to say that this was the 1st time going thru drive thru that the food was not eatable, it has been wrong, cold, slow but never not eatable. I was 3 miles away when I opened it and could not return. As far as customer experience I know you never hear the good, and many times it is good, but this time you as owner, manager or company needed to know so that you can correct your quality control. I contacted Corporate and they said the store would be contacting me, tomorrow will be 1 week since you took my money and I had to throw out the meal.

I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. We waited for 40 minutes just to receive a drink, only to be told later that the system wasn’t working and our order had not been processed at all. As a result, we wasted 40 minutes waiting for nothing.
Additionally, the staff’s attitude was unprofessional they repeatedly came and went without providing any clear information, almost as if they were making fun of the situation. The overall cleanliness and organization of the place were also very poor.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that necessary improvements are made to ensure better service quality in the future.

They don’t ever get anything right. The last 3 times I’ve visited Mcdonald’s I went to this location as well as the 23 location and they obviously have no idea how to make a deluxe quarter pounder (you literally add lettuce and tomato to a quarter pounder). It’s been wrong every time. This time looks like someone played with my bun. And they forgot 3 items even though we were asked to pull up to wait we had to go in to get something 3 times that they had forgotten. Pretty much any fast food place in delaware these days really sucks and none of them do their jobs appropriately.

Very rude manager and employees. Mess up orders and give customers hassles when they want it corrected. Called multiple times after leaving drive thru but they didn’t answer any calls so I left a voicemail message but never got a response. They gave us 3 small frappe and 1 small shake when we were charged for 4 mediums and we didn’t get our 20 chicken nuggets we paid for either. So went up next day available and the same chick who took our order a Curly hair employee lied and was rude while manager stood right next to her, told us to come back so we could get the whole order fixed but when we came back with proof of purchase she wasn’t there and manager was even ruder. There were new employees working at that point but guy was nice after a few moments of back and forth and explaining about the situation, he fixed half the order. Guy said manager doesn’t speak English but she literally spoke English to us, reason it took longer for us to get back was we live over an hour away from this McDonalds. Manager was very childish and Disrespectful, Will never go back to this McDonald again, they scam their customers and don’t care about it. Photo attached is manager.
