Local business opened in September of 2009. Recently had a name change but will continue to provide same great flavor and service. Started as a small restaurant and have now become the go to place in our little town of Tishomingo. Come and see what all the rave is about. Alejo’s Mexican Grill and Bar in Tishomingo is hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants we’ve ever been to. We haven’t found another within 100 miles in the last year that even comes close. The portions are generous, the food is cooked to perfection every single time, and the flavors are balanced — never over-seasoned or too heavy.
The chips are light and crisp, the salsa tastes homemade and fresh, and the queso always comes out hot and delicious. Every entrée we’ve tried has been prepared excellently, from the classics to the house specialties. You can tell there’s real pride in the kitchen because the quality is consistent visit after visit.
What makes Alejo’s stand out even more is the value. You leave full and satisfied without feeling like you overpaid — which is rare these days. The staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming whether you’re just passing through or dining with family and friends.
Whenever we travel through Tishomingo, Oklahoma, Alejo’s Mexican Grill and Bar is a “must-stop” destination. If you’re anywhere nearby, this place is absolutely worth the visit.

Service was outstanding! Good super delicious. Salsa was like they just picked all the ingredients. Plus varying levels of heat. Super selection. Clean, well lit and the drink specials look spectacular, though we didn’t have one, several tables did.

Our server Luke was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect the whole time.
I ordered the ribeye with potatoes and it was incredible — cooked perfectly and full of flavor. One of the best meals I’ve had in a while!
