I had a great experience at Taco Bell! The place was clean and nicely decorated — really inviting and comfortable. The staff was friendly, fast, and provided excellent service. My order came out just right and the overall atmosphere made it an enjoyable visit. Definitely coming back again!

I’ve been going here for a couple years. Tonight was the breaking point for me. Service is always rude and short, so bad, that I downloaded the Taco Bell app just to avoid having to talk to the employees.

Food was always a hit or miss but what Taco Bell isn’t? Tonight I redeemed some points in the app for a Cheesy Gordita Crunch. If you have the app you know how much money you have to spend to get this item for free.

Item came with two small chunks of beef, not even enough to fill the Taco…. No problem, I got myself a stacker I can steel some beef from. Open that up to find hardly any beef as well! So here I am, combining two items to try to make one decent item.

By this point I’m frustrated enough to call the store. Now I have over 20 years experience in management, I know this places customer service and maybe I’m just curious how this manager will handle this.

Tom was definitely defensive as soon as I started talking. Explained to me that they have been over serving people beef and they have been told to stop, and thats probably why I didn’t like the portions.

Sounds like a lot of excuses for bad management, sounds like Tom wasn’t properly managing his employees and NOW is trying to fix the problem. So him and his employees passive aggressively take it out on the customers like some poor gaslighting relationship.

Tom offered some solutions that involved me doing most of the leg work to make this right. He definitely didn’t apologize or even care when asked for a corporate contact info, while escalating the situation and just having a real “I don’t care” vibe the whole time.

Management sets the whole tone for a place of business, this place definitely needs someone who cares leading the ship, because this place is sinking fast.

I asked for three packets of mild sauce and three packets of hot sauce, and they gave me one packet of mild sauce. As everyone knows, if you want sauce, then it is key to your meal.
They also didn’t put extra red sauce on my bean burrito as requested.
My crunchy taco supreme was OK.

If I could give it a zero I would. Sunday they forgot part of my order, happenes… There phone went right to voicemail so I went in next day to get what they missed in my order. Rudest manager I’ve ever met. Wouldn’t let me talk without interrupting me. He wouldn’t even give me his name and screamed at me when I told him to stop interrupting me. Wouldn’t make food they forgot or refund me. So much more to say but not enough space. But the cook should be the manager since she wanted to make me what they missed and he told her not to. He should be fired on how he treats customers. Don’t know his name but have a picture.

Third time in 2 weeks this has happened!!! The night shift here is straight trash!!!! They all need to be fired and replaced. Not once has taco bell on rawsonville or corporate tried to fix the unbelievably poor quality and service provided at this location!! They’re prices have gone up over 300% and this is what they’re customers receive… absolutely terrible!!

Compared to the Belleville rd. store , it’s like heaven. These people are sharp , professional and efficient.
Please, Do not go to the Belleville road Taco Bell , they Only service, online orders, and they let their customers sit in the lobby and the drive through.It’s just terrible.

Quite frustrated with this location tonight! We frequent here and have never had such an experience. Waited in line for 36 minutes before receiving my order. I only stayed because it was mobile and already paid for.
The woman on the speaker was not very friendly. No greeting at the speaker, just “go ahead” when I pulled up. Then at the window no apologies for the insane wait time or anything. Not the greatest customer service. They did upgrade my drink so thanks for that.

Do. Not. Order. From. This. Location! Every single time I do, I have missing items. This time its was tacos and cups of guacamole that I paid for. The other part of my order was wrong. This happens so often that DoorDash or UberEats will not refund or credit me for what I paid for because they think how could this happen every time. I wish I knew that as well! Ultimately tho, I’m being stolen from. They took my money, repeatedly, and I didn’t get the items I paid for. That’s theft the last time I checked. Not to mention that the driver sat there and waited for over 30 minutes for my food. Management SERIOUSLY needs to do some hard work at this location with their employees because this is so beyond ridiculous.
