Tiffanee, our server, was amazing!!
Our entire hockey team & families went to Denny’s for breakfast. This can be a daunting task & we often get less than positive vibes from restaurant staff. Not with Tiffanee. She welcomed us enthusiastically and got right down to business. She had a good plan about how to handle the checks. She took our orders promptly. She was helpful, friendly and responsive the whole time. She made our meal more enjoyable by far! Our sincere thanks to Tiffanee !

I visited the Denny’s in New Kensington and ordered the chicken tenders and fries. The tenders were bad—they were burnt and didn’t taste good. This is a consistent issue at this location. While the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was decent, the food was a disappointment.

Denny’s is our go-to breakfast after Mass on Sundays. The egg whites, bacon, sausage chocolate chip pancakes, mango smoothies, and omelets are all excellent options and super tasty!
Just be aware that with inflation, for 5 people, you are going to be spending close to $80.

I placed an online order at 5pm. At 5:04 I received a text confirming they received my order. I then received a text stating my order would be delivered at 5:37. As that atime approached I checked the tracking and noticed the delivery drivers name had changed, as did the delivery time. My wife and I watched in real time, the delivery drivers name continued to change as did the delivery time. I assumed the restaurant must have been crazy busy. Not the case. I drove up there only to find several delivery drivers from various food delivery apps, and a multitude of senior citizens trying to get to the bottom of this. The store had a hand written note stating they were closed for kitchen maintenance. I seriously hope that was not the case. Kitchens schedule preventative maintenance in advance. This location was “closed” yet continued to take people’s hard earned money knowing they were not going to produce the orders that they have been paid for. I ensured I received my refund with the help of the New Kensington police department, of whom I am sure had better and more important things to do then to deal with the theft of just over $50. After calling their “manager” a their and several other choice words, I have been banned from Dennys in New Kensington. What a punishment, I normally do not go there to begin with, but my wife really wanted breakfast. Normally I would not leave a bad review but these disgusting business practices in my eyes, cannot be acceptable. Yes , I did infact receive a refund, but how many senior citizens that patronize this place will not ?

My folks and I met our friends here for dinner last minute. It wasn’t too busy so the ambiance was good. Our waitress was friendly, but forgot a few things. That’s OK. 3/5 because the food was just below mediocre.

Marley what’s the most excellent server that we could have had in our experience! We wanted time to talk and she was very patient with every step we took with her the food came out fresh and hot coffee was delicious! Definitely will be visiting again soon

Very clean and everyone was very pleasant. We were seated quickly and the service was quick. Portions were good and prices fair.

We purchased a senior salmon dinner and a fried fish dinner that came with 2 sides. We each chose a salad and fries. When the bill came we were charged $4.49 additional for a salad. When I questioned the charge I was told there was an upcharge for the salad for the fish dinner meal! What?? It was one of the sides!! The manager kept saying there is an upcharge. The menu says nothing about an upcharge and after much arguing and belittling me for questioning it, he took off the salad with some competition coupon that now takes away my ability to use my AARP discount! We go to Dennys alot for breakfast and using the AARP discount is much of the appeal. The managers salad argument had no merit. The computer apparently adds the charge and no common sense is considered! According to Dennys menu that I attached, I can add a salad to any meal for $3.99!! So why was their a $4.49 “UPCHARGE” for a side that was included. I have had probably 100 meals at this Dennys with any discrepancy handled by the manager without any issues until this time! The manager could not see my side of this dispute and would only slide blame to the waiter.

Oct 15: I had a bad experience a few weeks ago here at this location but tonight was just wrong. I received my food with a broken container. I know my food is not hot now. Literally, the side of the container is broken. I don’t know how to feel about this. They are willing to give me cold food. Not going back, no more chances from me!
