Round 1 (read the second part)
They sat us next to the bathroom for starters and yes there were other seats available. The interior is very small. Now to the food, the wings had absolutely NO flavor to them. I ordered the lamb and that was undercooked and not so tasty. At this point, I was afraid to even touch the asparagus I ordered. My date had the meatballs and Mac and cheese. I suppose the only edible thing was the Mac and cheese. Plainly put I make the most outta bad situations but I couldn’t turn the corner in this place sorry… DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! P.S. I ended up having to order Chinese food later on that evening cause I couldn’t even finish the leftovers.

I went back! After the first go around. I was invited back by Michael, the GM of the restaurant. Good man btw. This time around The Butcher Bar definitely redeemed itself. Had the fried cauliflower with Brussels sprouts, amazing! For my entrée in went with the steak and the fries. My date had the burger. Definitely safer choices than my last meal and who knows over time I might work my way back up to lamb again. As it turns out the place is a lot bigger than I thought but they are busy so always set reservations… other than that I loved my experience and sure am glad I came back. Definitely a delicious redeemer here….

I had a great brunch with my family. There is a lot of good seating areas in the restaurant which is a good thing because if you’re watching a game here you won’t feel overwhelmed. Our server was attentive, he took our order quickly and he checked in on us to make sure everything was alright. The food is well price and the portion is big; I left the restaurant being full and satisfied. I got the cookie dough pancakes which were not too sweet and the pancakes themselves were not too dense. The rest of the food looks delicious. I’ll be coming here in the future for games or if I just want delicious great value food.

Great service and atmosphere, but the food wasn’t fantastic. The steak sauce is very odd (wouldn’t want to have it again), but the steaks were cooked well. The chimichurri sauce on the octopus wasn’t Argentinian, and the dish wasn’t very good. The hot chicken lacked flavor. The pork belly and bone marrow appetizers were good.

My friends and I went here for restaurant week and had a great time. The drinks were good and so was the food. The sorbet was amazing and such a palette cleanser. The cauliflower is so good. The steak was cooked just right and I liked the butter that came with it.

No clue how I’ve missed leaving a review for butcher bar! We have been here numerous times and the food is always slammin. Our most recent visit was on 9/27 where my husband fulfilled my lifelong dream of ordering the TROUGH for my birthday! It was absolutely worth every single penny. Despite how large it was all the food was hot, perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. Me and my friends had such a great time and it will be a core memory for sure. Love coming here!

Service was aight. Hostess said reservations only, but it wasn’t busy. Afterwards, I went online, and booked the reservation right then and there and I was able to get a table.
Our server was awesome, 5 stars.
Food is mid. I order Italian spicy sausage. I got three breakfast looking patties. I guess I was expecting links. The ribs were good, the sauce was a bit sweet. I felt like it needed some tang. Mac n cheese and onion rings were both good.
I feel like the restaurants prices don’t match the quality and service. So this is why I give 3 stars.

Burger bar has great food and service. The food is unique and delicious. Had the burnt ends, sausage, Caesar salad and the softest octopus I have ever masticated in my life. The octopus has a texture between fish and chicken. So good.

Had a great experience with Johnny as our waiter. Super friendly, great conversation and had the perfect sense for when we needed something. 10/10 service Johnny.
We went during restaurant week this time and were slightly underwhelmed. The proportions on the starters were massive (positives and negatives) and were the highlight of our dinner flavor wise. Nothing was bad, but our entrees were lacking some flavor this time.
The cocktail menu is wonderful though, great place to come for happy hour.
Overall not a bad place to go, but we’ve had some swings in our food flavors.

Tried Butcher Bar last night and I was disappointed with my NY strip. It was small and a little tuff. Not restaurant quality, more like supermarket meat. However the steak sauces were wonderful and drinks good. With so many good cc restaurants to pick from I will probably never go back…
