I come here in the mornings often, and I just have to say the employees absolutely make this place special. They are always incredibly kind, welcoming, and full of positive energy; exactly what you want to start your day. They move fast, get orders right, and still take the time to be genuinely friendly, which is rare these days. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Management, please recognize these employees. They truly deserve a raise for the great service they provide every single day!

I give this location a -0. I’m not going to give it not even one star. Number one the wait time to place an order through the drive-through was way too long. They have two lanes in the drive-through, but they were only taking orders on one lane while the other lane was left waiting and waiting. When I finally got to the window to pay, the employee didn’t even know what I ordered so I had to order it again. Once I finally got to the second window, after waiting for a long time to pick up my food, the order is wrong. So I had to go back, waste my time and ask for my order to be corrected. NEVER COMING BACK!

BEWARE OF dining room hours – they CLOSE AT 7PM!!! that’s !!!SEVEN!!! PM every day – from 7am to 7pm
FOR THE MANAGEMENT – you effectively cut off half of your walk-in clients. closing the middle of dinner rush is NONSENSICAL! And before you even get started blaming it all on “the area” – it’s not that bad. IS JUST NOT!
that being said – THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO NEED IN DYSTOPIAN VOICE PIECE OF GARBAGE EQUIPMENT IN YOUR BACKYARD!!!

I’m honestly tired of this McDonald’s. I waited over 20 minutes today for just TWO items, and this isn’t the first time. Every time I come here, I end up waiting way longer than I should for the simplest orders. It makes no sense. The service is slow, nobody updates you on your order, and it feels like they don’t care at all. I’m definitely avoiding this location from now on.

Sad mc Donald. The only play place in the area but the manager never opens it because they clean in then lock the doors waiting on the franchise inspector to come check it to seem as if they always have it that clean . I have gone 3 times since Nov and it’s always the same answer… closed. Really disappointed my kids and made me spend less. They also make you order three a kiosk that is a bit confusing and not the right way to order if you have modified orders or large orders.

THE SLOWEST McD’s in ENTIRE universe!
It shouldn’t take nearly half an hour each time to place and get your order and I’m not talking about anything complicated couple of items to the most basic ones of the menu. Nearly impossible to get attention from staff come on nobody is ever behind the counter/register. And that’s not an isolated case. it’s a day-to-day situation.

Sometimes the easiest food orders are the hardest to get right, but McKenna made the most simple yet delicious iced coffee I could’ve ordered today! I asked for an iced coffee with no sugar; She added just the right amount of cream to make a smooth blend between the ice, the coffee & the cream. You’re the best McKenna! God bless You!
