The pizza here isn’t that bad the sauce is the weakest part. It has a metallic out of the can taste. All of the other toppings were ok. The seet tea was just ok and the server forgot our table the entire time we were there.

Ordered pizza in person. Two pizzas, order came and it was wrong. One of my pizzas was wrong the other one was okay. The lady at the counter was nice. She stated the pizza was wrong. The guy in the back, a cook, was like he did not make my pizza; he stated this loud enough for me to hear it. I was like okay just please remake because that is not what I ordered or paid for. I then had to wait another 20 minutes only to get another half made pizza. Do you see extra cheese or sausage on this pizza? When you pay your money you expect to get what you pay for. I was out done with the cook.

They are called Best pizza for a reason. The prices were great and the food was awesome. Service was spectacular and friendly. The parking was plentiful and restaurant was clean including restroom. Overall great experience and their loyalty program isn’t nothing to sneeze at. Earn just by using phone number without nuisance robo calls.

This definitely is NOT the best pizza in town.
We waited nearly an hour for our food with almost no one in the restaurant. When we received our order, it was not correct and our breadsticks were burnt.
This was our first and last time here.

First of all, the service and willingness to accommodate from the staff was impressive. It was relatively late for a weeknight and they were very gracious and hospitable.
They had a local beer option on tap, from Memphis Made, which was encouraging. We had cheese sticks as an appetizer, and they were great.
As far as the entrees, we ordered a 12″ vegetarian pizza and a 16″ pepperoni & sausage. The pizza was certainly decent, but the cheese to sauce ratio seemed fairly limited (I would have preferred at least double the volume of cheese). In addition, I would’ve preferred a thicker crust.
All in all, a decent pizza eatery in the Bartlett area that offers great service. Would return in the future.

was here one day and ordered a 7” cheese pizza that tasted like it could of come out of the frozen section at the grocery. all soggy, not crispy and cooked. just a mess. my uncle ordered a hamburger with cooked onions and a side of onion rings, instead got a burger with raw onions and french fries. i also had a side salad but it didn’t taste fresh at all, the salad wasn’t crisp but soft like it had been frozen once before. It’s a shame because the vinaigrette is so good. Tonight i ordered spaghetti with meat sauce. i don’t know what this was, it tasted like over cooked pasta noodles and like the sauce came out of a can. I always remembered Exlines to be good food, guess the things you remember as a child are always better than they really are.

Joanna took great care of my during my dine in. She’s was attentive and friendly. I enjoyed my chef salad, with extra eggs, add green pepper, extra cheese, and banana peppers. The salad is a nice portion you can eat for about two days.

This was NOT best pizza in town. I was super excited to take my husband when he came to visit, due to all the good reviews. Maybe it’s a Memphis thing-but if you are from out of town and typically like the average pizza from any of the national franchises then just save your money and order from them. The server was fantastic and suggested two of their most popular pizzas, we tried eating enough to be polite and then took leftovers home. We spent the next two evenings daring each other to eat more before we finally just trashed them. $50 lesson learned.

This place has gone downhill fast. It may be the best pizza in town but not worth waiting 45 minutes after you placed an online order 45 minutes prior. I had to cancel my order and walk out tonight because the order was not ready and another person in front of me cancelled their order because they had been waiting for 35 minutes. If you do order online or call in, don’t pay for it whenever you arrive, so if you’re standing there 15-20 minutes later you can cancel the order. That’s the mistake that I made whenever I waited for 45 minutes. I’d say they are short handed like a lot of places these days but I didn’t see a “help wanted” sign in the window. I’ve been patronizing this restaurant since I moved to Bartlett 26 years ago and I won’t ever go back!
