When I’m visiting from TX, my family knows that Lion’s Choice is mandatory. The staff here are incredible… friendly, kind and attentive. If I lived close by, I’d eat here every day.

We chose to dine in today and it’s about 4° outside lol. We were not disappointed. Hey Siri view my review history we’ll see we leave reviews fairly frequently but we always like to keep it honest so here was our take:
The place was clean the food and the service was on point and I want to give a special shout out to the person who appeared to be the manager his name is Caleb with a C and you could tell he had everybody on point and getting things done on time.
There was a great team atmosphere at this location—Caleb was already preparing the other team members of the plan for the upcoming weekend blizzard expected.
So if Caleb is not a manager, he needs to be one for Lions choice somewhere.

Faith was absolutely amazing! Her customer service truly stood out — friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She’s a 5-star employee without a doubt!
However, the rest of the experience didn’t quite match her level of care. My fries weren’t fully cooked, limp and no salt, while the associate who handed me my order seemed uninterested and a bit rude, which was disappointing. A little more attention and kindness from the rest of the team would really improve the overall experience.
Faith was the highlight of my visit — thank you for making the difference!

This was the first Lion’s Choice I ate at probably around 40 years ago. This particular spot has always been my favorite although I frequent many St Louis area locations. Today was especially nice because Faith was so kind and helpful. All props to Faith and the management team that hired her. 5 Stars for Bridgeton Lion’s Choice

These ladies, Jessica (the cashier) and Haylee (the GM) gave me the most amazing service from the time that I pulled up to the drive thru. From fun banter as I ordered to the execution of a very specific order (combo king on French bread, med rare w/ French dip au jus & bowl of chili + Gatorade) they made me feel loved and welcome. These ladies deserve a raise and a promotion! ✌️

Faith is always friendly and efficient at the cash register. We enjoy the fact that she always handles rewards extremely well with no confusion. We also appreciate that fries are not salted. Our food always come out as we have requested. Enjoy visiting the Bridgeton Lion’s Choice.

I come to this location about twice a week and I am never disappointed!! The food is always hot and comes out quick! The staff is wonderful, especially Sarah!! First time trying it. Like Arby’s but a little different. It was good. The two guys working were really good, tall guy must be the manager was really handling the place. Lots of customers with special requests and they were a little busy and confusing the new girl at the register and he seemed to take it in stride and kept a cool attitude.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at Lions Choice. I ordered my food and pulled up to the drive-thru window. My food was handed to me within 2 minutes with a smile! But when I opened the bag….. The bread on my sandwich was so full of butter I couldn’t hold it without grease running down my arm. The sandwich was a cold 88⁰, and the fries were cold as well at only 107⁰. I just happened to have a digital temp scanner with me for work, so that’s why I checked them. I didn’t have the time to go back to the store. But I would like to let whomever is in charge to know to let employees know not to hand any food to a customer that they wouldn’t be HAPPY to eat themselves. This was truly some of the worst food I have ever had, especially for the price I paid. I don’t like giving bad reviews, but you can’t expect to stay open very long, serving food like that!

Not sure the issues with the other reviews I am reading. What I can tell you from close to half a dozen visits in the last month is that I’ve never had an issue. This location is friendly and fast. My food is always freshly prepared, the people at the window are friendly and attentive. Last Sunday was a girl with long hair, very nice, lately I’ve been helped by Myron in the Drive Through.
I order special sandwiches, cooked and prepared how I like them and I always receive a quality meal, typically I wait less than 5 minutes from the time I order and the time I get my food. It’s fast, their friendly, and this can be a busy location.
I tend to get a French Dip, Regular Au Jus, 2x Fries, but it changes from time to time.
Also, the manager with braids (blue shirt) really does a good job in the background getting orders out fast. You can often see him running around, checking this, or preparing that.
Very hardworking crew here, they do a great job, and I wish others were more understanding. A lot of places are short handed, sometimes they have to deal with rude guest with a smile, and I’ve seen this location shine at both.
Fabulous place to eat, also, I’ve found the nicer you are to the staff at any food location, your experience will be better. Still shocked at some of the other reviews I’ve read.
