Birthday breakfast first meal of day I choose Carls Jr. i ordered a grilled cheese breakfast meal. No ketchup in bag no jelly no grilled or melted cheese. Not pleased this time. I can’t return the day must go on. Definitely would like some type of compensation.

The quality of the food was beyond amazing. The store was clean, and the General Manager Andrea with good customer service and good leadership with her team. All well done to team effort. This location is the best Carls Jr in my experience. They actually care about you as a customer and they have an employee named Paula there and she so nice and friendly always with a smile and positive attitude when I come here and she’s here. If you want a burger and you craving Carls Jr I highly recommend you coming to this one. They take care of you. And the customer service experience is amazing. Especially for the amount you pay for your food you want it to be right and here you get good service and the food is delicious.
