We spontaneously stopped by for a late lunch around 2 p.m. and were pleasantly surprised. The ambiance is authentic and very fitting for a Japanese restaurant. The service was prompt and the staff extremely friendly. The food is very delicious – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We felt very comfortable and would gladly come again!

Lots of options were not available for dinner which was frustrating and they restrict the payment with card over certain limit. Other than that everything was fine, gyozas were really tasty but portions are relatively small.

It was the worst experience so far I had in Germany . Only miso was worth to have . Rice was def left for a week . Chicken teriyaki was fried chicken with bbq sauce . Prawn tempura was frozen and others wasn’t even tempura . It was hard to describe what it was . For me never again .

Yummy sushi, cheaper compared to other sushi places, and the stuff is veeeery friendly and attentive! For everything on the pics +1 more drink we paid 52 euro (not including tips) and we (male+female eating a lot) were full ( we had ice cream 1h before sushi)

Bad service. This place nearly ruined a long awaited trip to Heidelberg. We walked in with 5 people they had many open tables. We stood there for several mins without a greeting or being seated, the host kept walking passed us purposely not acknowledging the fact that we were there. The salmon looked like it has been frozen and thawed 25 times and survived somehow. We were finally seated and given the wrong menus. A family came after us and were of Asian decent and were greeted and served immediately. The host came and snatched the menus out of our hands in a disrespectful manner and mumbled something and brought us actual menus. Then he left us for over 15mins without even getting to order drinks, meanwhile the family that came after us have already been served drinks and appetizers. We were still there like what is going on? Can we order? We got up and left and the host/owner said nothing but stood there and watched us walk out. Probably the most rude establishment I have visited. This establishment gives all of baden-wurtenberg a no-good name. The owner has absolutely zero family honor. Its a disgrace to the last name of the owner. They let us walk out without so much as an apology. Where is the adulthood? Clearly they treated Asians with preference against us (hispanic americans).

It was Monday evening, and the place was fairly empty. We ordered eel and teriyaki chicken (I took the duck option). You can compare the advertised photo and what we actually got. No miso soup, no edamame. False advertising?

The duck was too dry and slightly overcooked (?). It was not crispy in a good sense, but kinda dry crispy. The price is low probably because most of the dish is just (not very good) rice. Even I can cook better rice with my ricecooker at home. Also bento boxes are only for lunch, despite having the advertisement poster for them in the evening. Maybe their sushi is good, I didn’t try that. Either way, I will not come back.

I had really high expectations, don’t know if it was because I was really hungry but I came out of the place with low expectations. The food was decent but it was not worth the price. I finished eating and I felt like I had to eat swim because I was definitely not full. Also, there was some waiting time between each plate, but nothing to worry about. What’s more, a tiny bottle of water was 2,50€ and I felt tricked

Food alone merits 3 stars max. For some dishes, we had to guess what we got, because we could neither taste nor see it. In combination with the all you can eat concept, prices, waiting times (even if it’s packed in here and it often is), waiters, service in general and the overall atmosphere, 4 stars can be justified. Great place to bring kids too. Worth it, if you don’t have too high expectations concerning food quality.

I ate here with my friend and we ate all you can eat sushi, it was really great and tasty. Salmon pieces were really big and everything seemed really fresh! The only thing was that they dont have that many sushi sorts to choose from but you can still eat good. The main waitress was the sweetest woman ever!! You wont regret eating here
