But the worst? The service. It’s almost indescribable how bad it is. Tonight I was greeted by ‘What chu’ want?” Gave my order and began to sit in line with 4 car in front of me for ten minutes. Once I finally rounded the corner I saw two cars in the “wait for your food” area while the rest were backed up at the payment window. I should have just left then. When I finally got to the pay window, shocking, my order wasn’t up for payment. Judging by the backup, and the lady throwing a literal headset throwing, arm-hurling fit in front of my son and I, screaming up front, everyone else had the same issue. I closed my window and pulled out.
I’ll never go back to this location. I’ll drive further if I have to, it’s just not worth it for the cold food and dealing with the terrible employees. Just close it down for a month or two, clean house, hire and actually train your people, then give it another shot. There’s no other way to save this place.
The first visit, my food was cold, the fries had ZERO salt, and the woman taking orders acted like speaking to me was an inconvenience. I asked for one second to check with my son and she literally looked annoyed that I dared to ask.
The second visit? Again—cold food, made wrong. How does that even keep happening?
And the third, which WILL be my last, was the final straw. I ordered three meals after a long day, got home, and of course the fries were missing. I specifically asked for NO CHEESE on ANY burger and guess what? All three came loaded with cheese. I called to get it fixed and was put on hold just to be completely ignored. I sat there for over 20 minutes before finally giving up.
Whoever is managing this location seriously needs to retrain every single employee on basic customer service, accuracy, and respect. This is unacceptable.
Also, the guy at the pickup window had no idea what I ordered when I got there, took my receipt and was gone for several minutes, and STILL tried to give me someone else’s food.
There’s always trash in the parking lot too. My last order was my final order. I’m never coming here again.
