I honestly wanted to like this place, i’m a big fan of Peruvian food and we saw a lot of great reviews on Instagram. The food was definitely true to the Peruvian culture. We went to take our food to go, and he brought the containers out and a roach fell on top of my food. I brought it to the servers attention, he definitely looked embarrassed. He came back after and asked us how we liked our food. I told him that it was good, but the Roach thing was a big turn off. He came back and said he was gonna discount my plate that the roach fell on. A very half ass apology we paid and we left. He tried to give us cookies on our way out, but I really don’t want anything from this place anymore. Definitely should’ve did better I wasn’t asking for a free meal, but it definitely could’ve been handled better.

I ordered a delicious seafood soup that surprisingly came with a small side of ceviche, which was spectacular. I was craving soup and ceviche at the same time, but not a full portion since it would have been too much, and this was just perfect. The flavor of the soup was amazing, and the ceviche was incredible! I haven’t visited in person yet, but I absolutely loved the food. Congratulations! The soup was called “Levanta Muerto.”

Fabulous place to wine (BYOB) and dine! Lively atmosphere with Peruvian music and great food. Portions were large and yummy. Waitresses were humble, courteous and provided us with a great service! A waitress (sorry, did not ask for her name but she said she’s from Cuba) was super nice to us. If you’re craving for a good Peruvian food, don’t miss this one out! Definitely going back to this restaurant again!

Food is good but they have messed up my take out order 3 times now. They either forget to include items and try to blame the driver. Or they’ve run out of a particular item and don’t tell you anything so when you finally receive your order you don’t have what you expected. Literally no other place messes up orders like this. I’m not going to order here anymore.

We celebrated a birthday dinner here and the food was absolutely amazing. So flavorful and delicious. The atmosphere was also great as a nice man sang and kept the vibes super chill. Now the service, unfortunately, was not up to par. They rarely checked on us and never came around to ask if we needed anything unless we asked for it and when check came the gratuity was already included.
But again, as for the food.. 10/10.

Lena y Carbon never misses. I’ve been here three times now and it’s always solid. Today we grabbed the chaufa mixto and lomo saltado—both packed with flavor. Only (minor) complaint: the steak in the lomo was a bit overcooked, but nothing that ruined it. Portions are generous and definitely worth the price.
Pickup was smooth as usual—they quoted 20 mins, but I showed up in 15 and it was already ready. Can’t say much about dining in since I’ve only done takeout, but the staff has always been super friendly and helpful.
