The girl working 02/25 at 4pm didnt pay attention to anything I said. Asked me for here or to go twice, and gave me the wrong order. She and the other workers were busy chatting. I paid and ate it anyway to move on.

I come here almost every weekday during lunch time, and I’m always greeted by the same staff members with such great customer service. Love the food, love the workers and a great atmosphere all around.
Just wish that the night crew were as close to the morning crew, but I could be asking for too much.

I have ordered from this place several times in the past months through DoorDash, every time the order is delivered it’s in a sealed bag with the receipt Attached.. The orders have missing items. At this point, I absolutely do not blame it on the drivers. This is an issue with islands and not paying attention to the orders.

We are visiting the area and decided to stop by. Walked in and immediately caught wind of a horrible smell- almost like the trash needed to be changed. Got to the taco bar and what a mess! The one preparing my burrito scooped the rice up with his hand, disregarding the spoon. By the way, the rice was old as if been out ALL day. When the employee went to grab the cucumbers for my burrito he dug in the tray with his hand, squeezed the juice off back in the tray instead of using a spoon.
And to top it off there was these flies flying around and one happen to fall in the pico salsa! Now they were not busy at all so why the mess??? Needless to say I would not recommend.

This place is goated but for the love of god someone tell the employees to stop drenching the tacos w the sauce. I always ask for a LITTLE sauce and by the time I get home I can’t even hold my taco without covering my hands in slime. Usually I just tank it but this time was the last straw, they are so wet. Like does it really look appetizing to them? Idk I just watch in disgust. Also ik I’m being picky at this point but at least make an effort to evenly distribute toppings when there’s no line. They just threw a handful of pico on half of one and the other 3 have like none. Now I gotta play with my food pretty much to fix it. Anyways I love this place never change the dollar tacos but chillll on the sauce. The photo attached it the taco sticking to the foil while being held nearly straight up due to the amount of sauce that’s gotten on the outside of the tortilla
EDIT: okay I didn’t want to have to do this but Jesus Christ that was disgusting. My review is directed to the shorter young lady that was working toppings. I think maybe her English isn’t great but it’s literally always her. My tacos are so wet it’s brutal, I have to wash my hands mid way thru every taco. Last time the same thing happened with her, I even pinched my fingers to say “little” sauce. I guess maybe it’s a miscommunication but at least make an effort to make them good. Last time my food was made this pathetically was McDonald’s and that was one of worst meals I’ve ever had in my life.

Usually this place is great and my food is done quickly. But this time I waited inside for 45 whole minutes for an online order. I only ordered 3 items. I had to ask 3 times if my food was ready and they said they were working on it, every time. It was not even that busy inside and I was the only one waiting for an online order. Ridiculous.

Steak bowl was better than expected with generous amount of steak and toppings. However, while warm, nothing was hot. Music was screeching and way too loud, especially in a room with all hard surfaces. Ignored by some staff while they finished their conversation. One other staff was very helpful and friendly. This restaurant has the potential to be much better rather than just adequate.

I was really looking forward to tacos, but my experience was disappointing. The staff were surprisingly rude and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. No greeting, no smile just an attitude that made me feel like I was bothering them by ordering. We received our food with around 10 chips for an order of 4 tacos, my family and I eat here often but won’t be returning back anytime soon.

Terrible experience. I placed an online order for my family and waited 45 minutes to an hour. When I went to ask about the delay, they told me they didn’t have the order in their system—even though I had proof it was placed and charged to my card. When I requested a refund, the staff had an attitude. By this point, we had waited so long that my 3-year-old fell asleep, and when we left, he said he was hungry. As a parent, nothing is more upsetting than your child wanting tacos but having nothing to eat. I’ve been coming here for over 8 years, but after this experience, I will not be returning. Great place if you want your kids to go hungry
