10/10! We came for new years and everything else was closed. It’s when things like that put a damper on your plans you don’t get upset and you move on. We came to this place. And it did not disappoint. We ordered Kadai curry, butter masala, Gobi 65 and dragon paneer. The owners I’m assuming waited on us and they were kind and helpful with the menu. We will be back soon

I’ve found THE BEST hot and sour soup in Central Arkansas! Robust and packed with flavor! Chinese restaurants take note!
Loved the paneer dosa! Best of all your meal is served at a slow pace which I greatly appreciate. We’re not taught in American culture to savor our meals. We mostly know how to devour. The owners at Bawarchi Biryanis is doing a fantastic job! I was also glad to find food flavors from North India! I’m not entirely sure, but I think Little Rock has a lot of South India region restaurants.

I got the Amaravathi Vegetable curry with rice by delivery. For $17 I was expected something great, plus $7 delivery, paid $24 and I am dissapointed in how saturated in oil this was. Wayy too much oil. You can make food delicious without leaning so heavily on oil for flavor.

Didn’t expect to find the best Indian I have ever tasted in little rock. Everything was delicious and perfectly balanced in flavor. The owners were so nice and welcoming. Will come back if I ever travel back here again.

Set in a plaza, plenty of free parking. Small place, but plenty of space. Owners have been there for many years, they know what they are doing. Few interesting items on the menu that you won’t find elsewhere (*Indian restaurants). Kitchen is not too excited for substitutions/ preferences – you get what’s on the menu. Portion size is “ok” value for the money. They have beer! No cocktails or hard liquor. Enjoyed my lunch and left satisfied. 5 stars for everything – considering comparable restaurants in the area. 1st visit here with the new ownership, so take my input lightly.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Bawarchi. The space is warm and comfortable and the service is wonderful and there are so many delicious looking dishes on the menu. I highly recommend getting the Drums of Heaven as a starer. They are beautifully marinated and fried chicken drumsticks covered in a delicious chili sauce with the perfect heat level, one that highlights flavor over the heat but still leaves your mouth pleasantly warm after eating.

I asked for recommendations and was pointed to the Korma, a gravy heavy dish made with cashew and coriander. I ordered it with goat and was absolutely blown away. It had a subtly sweet and nutty flavor unlike anything I had ever had before. My husband had the Hyderabad mutton curry, also with goat. It was a very nice compliment to the Korma, with a brighter more tomato based gravy. The bread basket with assorted naan bread went perfectly with our dinner. The goat in both dishes was some of the best I have ever had. It was so clean and tender. Be aware that you can come across a few small pieces of bone but with how tender the meat was they were easy to discern. We will definitely be back because I need more of that korma in my life.

Naan Platter was extremely poor. I had platter every where but the nan was very less and no variety. Also the portions size was less.. i am not sure will visit again. However the host lady was very customer oriented. She was great in her work.

This place had amazingly friendly staff great food and even better service. They even asked me if I wanted water with no ice. The Decor on the walls was really cool and the lighting was really appropriate. It was really crowded and noisy when I was in there but I Will definitely be back. Nice work!

Visiting Little Rock was ready to get disappointed rather I was delighted by one of the best biriyani I had in states. GOAT biriyani – Meat was fresh and cooked rightly, taste was not too spicy or dull it was perfect. The egg dosa was also good but I miss the one made back in India but this one still comes close.
Service was fast, and very polite. The place was clean and nice . This Bawarchi establishment is the best of all Bawarchis I have had .
