First time to a Bojangles. It was pretty tasty. We had the supreme 4 piece meal. My hubby and I split it and got a side of beans. Biscuits were a 10!! Plenty of food. Got sweet tea…ordered unsweet. Staff was friendly. Not overly helpful guiding us through our first experience there. The dining area was not very clean. The bathroom was clean ish. But def needs some updating. Overall decent fast food. Better than KFC

Food is normally good. Just hate the attitudes when you ask for extra sauce.. a 4pc tender box should come with 2 but I dont have an issue paying more for extra sauce so the attitudes and looks aren’t necessary smh

Zero of the order is correct. The Pepsi is tea and I payed $12.07 for a SEC borounds and a drink. A $7.49 combo . After 17 min of standing in line,,was offered a refund. Naw,give me my over charged items so I can leave b4 anymore of this incopentance can absorb to me.

I went through the drive thru and for over $10 got 1 chicken breast and a half cup each of potatoes and coleslaw.
The chicken breast had excessive skin. Not the crispy, crunchy type I was craving. This was the loose, jiggly kind like on my grandma’s arm that hangs down. I pulled it off and was eating the chicken that was good, until I pulled off a medium long blond hair. Then I was done.
The containers for the potatoes and coleslaw looked like a good size, but they have a false bottom. It reminded me of shrinkflation.
The cashier at the window was efficient and the line moved quicker than anticipated.
It’s been a while since I visited them, probably gonna be a while before I go back.

Took over 30 minutes in a line of 6 people to get two 3 piece chicken strip meals. We had to take to go vs. inside dining as now we were late for funeral! Staff was very slow and indifferent! All orders ahead of us were wrong also, which added to wait time!

Truthfully the worst Bojangles I’ve ever been in. Stood in line for 21 minutes before even getting to place my order after I started tracking the time. (That’s even with people getting out of line & leaving.) The workers were rude & the tables needed cleaning. It was after 11am & they still had NOT even made tea for the drink station (the tea container was still turned upside down from the night before). When we finally did get our food, the fry size was wrong & my husband was given attitude we he corrected the server. Not to mention that they had basically just threw my Boberry biscuit in the bag on its side which was only sitting in a tray without a top & had slid half way off the tray also the sausage biscuits were partially wrap. Will not be back….

Good place to stop and grab a quick bite. The dining area could be cleaned better and the bathrooms. Service was slow and they have winter hours so heads up.

The food was fine, but they did not take our order correctly. We had a order of six and they couldn’t get drinks or sides correctly. Nobody was rude or disrespectful, and the problems were solved easily.

I can in around 8:57 to place an order and the I asked for everything to be made fresh and the cashier named Jayla she was working and took my order. She has spectacular customer service. She repeated my order back.. She made sure to tell the kitchen that I want everything fresh. She had service with a great attitude and a smile. She also had patience! She offered to bring my food to me when it was ready. She goes above and beyond.. Her service is TOP TIER! I highly recommend her for a team leader position and a raise.. She definitely deserves it and the recognition..
