Just wanted to back this business up a bit. Earlier I went in to pick up a pretty specific order.
I have jaw alignment problems so its hard for me to chew crunchy tortilla chips. I simply ordered a small cheese dip with flour tortillas on the side instead of chips and they were more than glad to do that for me. Funny thing when I went in the sweet lady asked if I had called yesterday trying to order the same thing. I was very confused as to that because I was not in town yesterday im from tulsa. I just work some days in glenpool. I had said no, that wasnt me! She said she had a lady try to order the same or similar (I couldnt remember) and the established also was going to accommodate for her. But ended up changing her mind leaving a bad review that they wouldnt do that for them. That person should be ashamed to make such a false statement. My “soft chips” were perfect, warm and delicious. Thank you

I don’t know about the atmosphere since I went through the drive-thru, but I would imagine it was all right. The food is good. There are a lot of onions on the top. The bean and cheese burrito was fantastic, a little heavy on the cheese for my taste, but still good.

Placed my order for pickup in the Jenks location. For some reason it sent me way over to Glenpool for my doordash pickup order. Placed my order before 8:30am. Pulled up at 9am to the location. It’s almost 9:30am now. I ordered 3 things. And it takes an hour for that with only one car in front of me? This is absolutely ridiculous. Absolutely do not recommend this Glenpool location. The one in Jenks is awesome.

I was thrilled to spot Catrina’s logo from afar—it’s always a promising sign of a great meal ahead. I’ve been enjoying their food for a while now, and it’s exciting to see more locations popping up across the metro area. It’s comforting to know there’s almost always one nearby!
That said, I did notice a couple of things during this visit. The two staff members at this location were polite but came across as a bit flat in their customer service—nothing major, but it did make the interaction feel slightly awkward. Additionally, the music was noticeably loud, which made communication challenging. I found myself raising my voice just to be heard, and it seemed like the employee was struggling to hear me too.
Overall, though, I appreciate Katrina’s continued growth and the opportunity to enjoy their delicious offerings throughout the Tulsa metro. Keep up the great work, and maybe dial down the volume a notch!

Was super confused on which breakfast taco to get and the girl at the register recommended a perfect breakfast taco I’ve ever had. Couldn’t thank her enough. Wow where do I start. I pull up to the window I see a guy placing an order then paying for it. He pulls around to wait I assume. I pull up I have an online order I was told it’s being bagged pull around as a car had pulled behind me. She could of bagged my order then handed it to me. So I pull around to wait for my paid online order behind a patron waiting on their just ordered food. I get to the second window after 5 minutes just to see my order was placed on the front counter. Semi cold my California bowl was missing the guac. When this place opened they were on point now it seems like l may not revisit for a while or visit jenks.

We tried the birria with rice and beans. The rice and beans were not very good. The beans were very salty and tasted like they just came out of the can and the rice was bland and overcooked. The birria was decently flavored but could use a lot more seasoning. The staff were very friendly and we got our food very quickly.

Downhill lately. We used to get it at least once or twice a month. But they have been rude at the windows lately, and the last 3 times we got nachos they didn’t put anything in the bag with it (guacamole, sour cream, etc) just chips and meat.

Showed up at 5:50. Guy opens the window and rudely said “we’re closed now” and then turned off the open sign . I thought they were open until 8 from what Google says. I usually have to put my fried rice bowl in the microwave to heat it when I get home anyway . Taking my $$ elsewhere.
