Had Cod Fish basket for lunch. Super good! The fish was fresh and not too much coating on fish. We had their daily frozen custard flavor! So delicious! Nice staff and atmosphere inside Gratiot Rd restaurant. It will be our go to for Lent.

This culvers comes just about to perfect, most of my family had been and still is gluten intolerant and not many places had good gluten free, except here, and this location in particular. This location has always been my favorite just because they always have the best customer service and enjoyable atmosphere. Whenever im there they make sure we have everything we need and if they made a mistake they fix it, no extra charge! I genuinely cannot express how much I appreciate how they make this a enjoyable experience. Overall, love the vibe and employees I hope all culvers locations strive to be like this one.

They have the best burgers. The burgers are truly made to order. They have nice hearty crinkle cut fries. Did you know that crinkle cut fries create more space for the cooking oil to go. They cook better and taste like a perfectly fried potatoes. That is why some people say that Culver’s takes too long. They make your orders fresh when you order them. Now you can pre-order using the app. Concrete Mixers! There are so many flower combinations. If you get stuck while trying to decide, ask what their flavor of the day is. More than half the time that is what I pick.

I use this particular location often and I must say that it is one of the best locations hands down. As a former Truck Driver I’ve been to several all over the country. I’ve been fortunate to have Jennifer the majority of the time. Her smile and personality lights up the room.

Overall, Culver’s food is fantastic. However, sadly i had to send the following to Culver’s social media. I hope they can fix this and get 5 stars……
I believe your 2 Culver’s stores both located in Saginaw, MI are serving half portions of cod on the fish sandwich. We noticed this because we visited a store on numerous occasions in Grand Blanc MI and they put a complete, whole fillet on the sandwich. However, both stores in Saginaw ( gratiot rd and bay rd appear to be taking the fillet, cutting it in half, cooking the half, putting it on the bun, and charging the full price of 7.99 for half a sandwich. This is troubling and upsetting. I have been a customer for over a decade and would have never noticed if not frequenting other stores outside the saginaw area. Is there anything your company can do to make this right? I understand franchising and different locations having different prices. I have never experienced half the food for full price from one city to another less than 50 miles away. This is disturbing and not what I thought Culver’s was about.

The service was great. I had the shrimp dinner. It was okay but it tasted like the shrimp that they sell at Gordon’s Food Service. My friend had the butter burger cheeseburger which was tasty. My granddaughter had the butterfly shrimp basket and it tasted pretty average also.

The best place for quick burgers! Everything that you order here is made fresh and is able to be customized. All of the staff, whether inside or at the drive-through, are pleasant and helpful. We ate inside during our most recent visit and all the tables were clean, the food was brought to us, and the atmosphere was relaxing.

I love their buffalo chicken tenders, but it’s almost not even worth it anymore. Marinara sauce has ALWAYS come with cheese curds but now they claim to have a “tomato shortage” so they charge $.50 for sauce… even tho there’s no where to order it online.
Tenders used to be good size and they would throw in the little ones as an extra, now they’re counting these little nugget sized pieces as a full tender…

I love their butter burgers and their fish sandwiches. I also enjoy their cheese curds. You can order a meal and instead of getting french fries you can get cheese curds. They have some of the best food I’ve tried and I would highly recommend them.
