There is usually only one worker here but they bust their asses. I’m always so impressed because this is not the most well taken care of franchise – like you can tell the owners aren’t around much, but the service the last several times we’ve been here has been great. We came here once and it was literally one person cooking and serving and they had no problems getting our food to us promptly.

The drive through employee who took our order was absolutely rude! We asked if there was the tomato soup stuff for the grilled cheese and she very rudely said they didn’t have any instead of being friendly. Then my brother doesn’t have his reading glasses and couldn’t read the small wording so he asked what flavors were for the slushies and she again very rudely said “there’s a lot of flavors out there on the menu” after he had explained he could not read the flavors! Never coming back to this location again. Treat your customers better

Went through the drive through today around 3:45 pm the drive through person was extremely rude she charged us full price for happy hour drinks. Forgot our tater tots. I drove to the front to let them
Know I didn’t get my tater tots and was told I had to go through the drive through again so I did. When I told the rude employee that she forgot to give me the tater tots she said ok she will get them for me. She took a very long time so I honked my horn cause she seem to be ignoring me. Her and a second employee blond hair started yelling at me telling me I didn’t need to honk my horn. I said you are taking too long to just give me an order of tater tots!

Were the fries even strained? Grease is an understatements, these are not even edible. My corn dog was cold, not even warm. Burger presentation was trash, and no one was in the drive thru upon our arrival. Won’t visit again, they have no pride in the food they’re serving and for $41, I rather go to chick fil a we’re in guaranteed great customer service and quality food.

i’m not usually the kind of person to complain or even post reviews but i’m pretty upset right now with how i received my food. for one they took like 15 mins to bring out my food, i didn’t think much i assumed they were busy and i was ok with that , i then received my food went home and noticed my chicken sandwich was so hard , i was hungry so i tried enjoying it but i couldn’t it was pretty disgusting, im disappointed. they took long to bring my food out just for it to come out trashy and hard.

Person who dropped off my food obviously cares more about her nails then my food looking appetizing! This sonic just sucks and doesn’t get any better. Wanted to try new burger and it could have been made better by my 11 year old. This is sub par work. I hope sonic isn’t paying more than minimum wage. Definitely don’t deserve it! I wanted to try the new double queso burger. After I got it i was disappointed that I didn’t just go to Freddy’s! The king of smash burgers with crispy edges. The description of the order doesn’t match what I got. Not going back.

I’m currently pregnant and often stop by for large cups of ice. There’s an incredible employee who works in the mornings, and she always goes out of her way to make sure I’m taken care of. She is consistently kind, welcoming, and genuinely the best employee I’ve ever encountered at this location.
What makes her stand out is the way she takes the time to remember and connect with the people who come through. She always gives 100% in her work, and it truly shows. I brought her a small gift to say thank you, but I felt it wasn’t quite enough—so I wanted to leave a 5-star review in hopes that her efforts will be noticed and appreciated.
I wish I knew her name, but for now she’s “my favorite Sonic friend,” and I’m simply “the pregnant lady with the ice.”
