I’d never had Panda Express until this visit, but it was DELICIOUS. I got the sesame chicken and my mom got the roasted veggies and something else I can’t remember, but they were both so good! Not only were they tasty, but they gave you HUGE portions. I couldn’t finish it all! I also got their crab ragoons and mom got the egg roll, both of which were super tasty. The place was also very clean, the service good, and the line went through pretty fast considering we were there at peak business hours. My only complaint was that I stink at eating with chopsticks (I dropped them twice ) and couldn’t find a fork to eat with instead. But I probably could’ve just asked and they’d given me one, so that’s probably just my problem. Overall, awesome time.

Disappointed that most of the popular choices were not available or did not appear fresh. Unlike most PE’s I visit this location doesn’t stay on top of keeping fresh food on the line. Server acted put off when I immediately could not decide on choices. Several people behind me in line appeared frustrated by this as well. Additionally serving size is disproportionately provided without much care. If I spend $12.89 for a meal, I expect my full serving. Another issue was the beverage machine. It served Dr. Pepper from the Coke dispenser or at least tasted like DP had been run through it.

I got the white rice with honey chicken and sesame chicken. It was no different than Chinese restaurants. Good change from other fast food. Next time I will order a kids meal for myself because the portion size of the plate meal was too large for me. My 4 year old finished all of his kids meal!

So the food is hit or miss sometimes but as a pregnant mama with a strong craving for cream cheese ragoons y’all did fantastic today so just a special shout-out to the crew on 3/2/26 because 3/5 times I go they over cook the ragoons or something and there is like zero cream cheese but there were perfect today everything was so just yea thanks lol

The food is usually good when u order inside but when u order online it’s rushed to be put in rhe box. Last week the rice was burnt couldn’t eat it smelled horrible. You don’t serve that to people second time that happened to me can’t return it because I get it and continue driving

It was my favorite stop to eat Chinese in effingham every time but after today no more. This is the second time it happen the portions they gave want wit worth the price you pay
Not like other pandas they trying to take your money but not feed you for what you pay I was still hungry after eating my two item plate which never happened. Photos attached. The guy who helped me this time was Asian guy I thought he might owns the store or something Place is cool restrooms are clean.

The staff was very polite and with smiles.I had to wait a extra 5 minutes for them to make some more Beijing Beef and Jennie the cashier really made my wait pleasant with conversation.
