I decided to stop here today and get some food and it was very busy but the the cashier Percella D. was doing an amazing job. She made sure to always keep the people inside updated and just keeping acknowledgment of everyone’s order. No attitude or nothing. I was actually shocked lol. Good job

I was so disappointed with the service. There is a young lady on the togo window, who huffs and puffs instead instead of saying, is there anything I can help you with. Subsequently, I ended up being 20 minutes away from home, and had only been to a Zaxby’s a few times in my entirety. I ordered the New Lemon Pepper Wings. On the commercial, it shows that they come with Fries, and the Bread. I ordered the Zensation grilled chicken salad, and 3 orders Egg Rolls. Paid $40.00 for that!! I got home, and had 5 Lemon Pepper Wings, no Fries, and no Bread. I was so disappointed. Instead of the young lady breathing with discontent, she should have said, do you want the wings only, because it does come as a meal as well. Just not happy at all. The food tasted fine, just wasn’t what I came for. Not good customer service at all!! Won’t be back.

Close This Location Down Tonight! I went for a chicken finger plate! First of all I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes before being greeted! My order came out wrong, cold, & disgusting! I call to speak with a manager Jasmine, and was hung up on! I called back again and she told the other gentleman to tell me that she was taking an order and couldn’t come to the phone! Oh & She’s the 1 that took my order and got it wrong! While on the phone there is Nothing but talking, laughing. When you get to the window there is the strongest aroma of Marijuana coming out of this place! I can’t believe this mess! Shut it Down!! Tenders supposed to be dipped, bread should be toasted, fries burnt & stale!

Man I eat Zaxby’s at least once a week but this by far was the worst, the fries were soggy, the toast look like it was from the night before and I ordered my food at 10:45am and I ordered 2 4 finger plate one being tossed and I’m missing a whole tender like yall can’t count, it’s so frustrating spending my hard earned money to have these ppl play over my food. Great customer service, there was a employee taking orders due to it being Sunday you can expect a line a few people left. Long line in drive thru, customer service blah, salad was ok. My sweet tea wasn’t sweet at all fried had no salt on them at were lukewarm. The boneless wings were hard, dry, not fresh and I could tell they had been sitting. Won’t be returning back to this location.

My family & I chose to grab a quick dinner at Zaxby’s on Panola Rd. Typically, I frequent the Zaxby’s on Mall Pkwy, but I decided to go a different route. Horrible mistake.
For starters, I thought by ordering our food via the mobile app would be faster; no, another mistake on my part. When we arrived at the restaurant we were parked and waited for 10mins. Ok, no problem. We waited.
A young lady came outside asking if we ordered online? Yes, we did (communication appears to be a problem). So, she proceeded to gather our food. We left, didn’t check our order because we thought everything was in good order.
Our order was incomplete and incorrect. So, I had to go back to the restaurant asking for my order to be corrected. The shift manager appeared to be bothered that I asked for my order to be corrected. I asked a young lady with red hair and a gentleman would they eat this sloppy prepared sandwich, they answered no. So they proceeded to correct my order and make it right. Thank you for that; however, the shift manager became flustered because I asked for the sauces that they never gave me to begin with.
There should not have been any questions asked nor comments, the correct way to make it right is to get it right by providing the customer with the appropriate condiments/items requested. You all made the mistake, when the order was clearly listed on the receipt via the mobile app. What’s the point of ordering through the app if you’re not paying attention to the customer’s order.

Thank you Zaxbys I was so hungry after work and the salad I was craving was what I wanted and you definitely did not disappoint, the lettuce was fresh the meat was fresh the cheese was fluffy and soft all topping were on my salad perfectly and neatly I will be back hands down the best location
