Inconsistent service. Sometimes they charge even for one, Sometimes they give a bunch for free. Service depends upon the person at the cash register. It should be consistent as well as the employees need to learn to speak politely. The girl at the register is super rude. Wouldn’t visit again.

I ordered two special, the ghost peppers’ wings for $5, and the bid box for 6.99. The big box consists of 2 pieces signature chicken, 2 sides, and a biscuit. You have a choice of regular or spicy chicken. I added their new freeze mango lemonade for 3.49. The total was $16.62. The customer service was ok. I was able to receive my food quickly since it was not too busy at the time. The establishment is located right next to Starbucks.

I went to the drive thru on 10/13/25 at 6pm
So whoever the female working drive thru was rude. I asked if I could have 2 legs stated I couldn’t have the same piece of chicken which was weird because I do it at other Popeyes all the time which i mentioned and she was rude in her response so I left. You lost a customer because didn’t want to give the same piece of chicken like why does it matter. This location needs better customer service.

The chicken was hot, the sauce was spicy, and the tea was sweet. We had to wait a few minutes for fresh fries but the drive thru was still fast. We visited at about 11:15a, which based on these other reviews seems to make a difference on the type of service and quality you’ll receive.
