Definitely worth the visit. Went in the day with a party of 8. The staff were all friendly and attentive. Food was delicious. The pictures do not give it justice. The bar passion fruit margarita with patron was fantastic. I will definitely return especially for the late evening to enjoy the live music.

It’s a fun place to be when it’s not too crowded. Such a cool accidental find. But couldn’t find the front door so go to the 1st door on the far left. Once inside, it’s definitely authentic! The food was yummy, service amazing, waitress was so sweet and nice, and the lunch specials were very reasonable! We’ll definitely go back! They have karaoke at night too

So 1st time we visited was October 2023 and we came back in December just a couple of months later…the food was great, super yummy freshly sqeezed juices but this time they didn’t have desserts. So sad . We were really looking forward to having it again. Can’t wait to eat here again!

Nice place to go with a group and dance after or karaoke. Big place. They play good music. Service was good, food was good. Had the carne asada meal. $20 brings a small cheese and repollo salad. They need to improve on thier chimmi churri. It was blah. Food was good. I’ve had better and Im Nica so that’s why I might sound picky. Kids chicken tenders were great. Decent amount of serving on all meals. Had a beer $7. 3 adults. 1 child. 4 meals total. 1 beer 1 juice $7. Total: $113 tip is included. I’d go back with a big group for fun.

A good place to hang out, I assisted to el cuco Rosario concert and I was a little disappointed, he’s getting too old and you can tell that the price to watch him perform is a little to high, in between, the DJ has to have more variety and they should adjust the volume, at times it was kind of painful to my ears. Will visit again when there’s no concert to see how the vives are.

El Guacalito is a hidden gem for Nicaraguan food in Miami. The food is top quality with amazing flavor, and good friendly service.
The carne asada was tender and full of flavor, tostones and tajadas were crispy with a good thickness that complemented well the queso frito & ensaladita and last but not least the fish was flaky and juicy.
Definitely recommend!

This place is BIG and well set different decor good ambiance great service this time I only tasted La Picada and the Tostones con queso frito…..the wings in la Picasa were HOT the carne asada didn’t feel like carne asada more like bistec….liked the tostones, yuca frita and pig. The salad with the boiled yuca was nice and crunchy and the yuca was soft can’t go wrong with maduros as is cut or unbag and fry. But the frijoles (beans) were not the Nicaraguan flavor I am accostumed…..tasted more like canned frijoles. Now the music Looooved the set up of the TV but the music is a tad too loud for the place when you have the bass crackling at the end its tome to lower the volume music is to be enjoyed not to hurt your ears. Besides in a restaurant having dinner with family talking is always a thing…..Now to finish I am wondering how and who will clean the forest in the walls and ceilings….over all will be back to taste the rest of the food and give you an update…..
