Very clean large dining room with play area . The tables were cleaned while I was eating. Kiosks are functioning. Food came fast as ordered. 4 stars not 5 because: was not greeted when I came in and one of the workers reporting for work raced me in to order at the kiosk. Also my go to McDonald’s is better so I know it can be better. I’ll come back and upgrade if appropriate.

My son called out this morning due to being very sick,He talked to Morgan. After he got done with the doctors I personally took his doctor’s note to Dylan, I really would like to know why the night shift was not told? There is no communication at all at this restaurant and it causes a lot of problems to the point a lot of the hard working employees are upset. This is very unexceptable. My son never calls out, goes to work faithfully and he was gonna be considered a no call no show after doing everything right. Sad very very sad

Horrible experience. Waited almost 30 minutes for a small fry, McFlurry and a coffee!! Last minute, the ice cream machine broke down after we had already waited on it. The fry’s were cold and hard! And they ended up being a piece of plastic in them. The only decent thing is the coffee.

Came inside when I normally just go through the drive thru. I ordered a McNugget meal. First the sodas are all flat, and corbonless! Including their normally crisp Coca Cola. After getting my food, there was not a clean table. I cleaned myself with a napkin and hand sanitizer.. Fries are soggy as heck, and nuggets are not cooked all the way thru. Lady was super apologetic but just wasn’t a good experience at this location

Just FYI, if food item appears in a way in which you wouldn’t eat it, then don’t serve it. Went through drive through on way to work & ordered breakfast sandwich with sausage, NOT with out, but anyway, unwrapped this lovely sandwich, of course after getting to work. Drive through is an easy place to serve whatever undesirable food you want, knowing it’s usually NOT opened in vehicle, but you shouldn’t. Just saying. Pics included! Just remember, people are paying for good food & friendly service!

I love it when you get your order right after they pull the meat from the grill. Granted double cheesburger presentation was a little messy, I’ll tell you what the quality flavor and freshness of it made up for it.
Great customer service even after ordering another mcdonalds team member went out of his way and asked if i was already helped, that had never happened to me ever from any mcdonalds from the west coast.
All in all at the end of the meal everything was great.

Hands down one of the worst fast food restaurants in Jax: order DoorDash anytime after 930, they close at 11. You’ll have issues with the food not arriving or the order won’t even be close to what you wanted.

Rude staff and to-go orders never ready and often times not even started when they are expected to be ready for pickup. Won’t be returning to this location until they get staff who is more respectful and timely.
