I will say out of the McDonalds locations in this general area, this has been the best one by far. The woman working the front counter today 9/16 between 10 and 10:30 AM was very nice, respectful, and very helpful. At really any McDonalds, that is hard to find these days. They do not take long at all to get your order out, and communicate how long of a wait there is if there is one at all. Good location, recommended definitely way over the West Wendover and Guilford College locations.

Didn’t receive nuggets, our fries looked like this and were about cold. Attitudes along with it. Usually don’t have a problem here but you’d like to get at least what you pay for.

This used to be the BEST Location around Now, it’s overrun by young, ignorant workers with trash attitudes. The EARLY Breakfast crew is amazing. Haven’t went in a while, but They’re always on top of it. That’s the ONLY reason I didn’t leave 1 star. With all the Overnight Pop Up, apartments and businesses opening up, it was nice having a nice McDonald’s that wasn’t like the rest. Now, it’s just a bad. Your loosing so many customers, family’s and local businesses etc.

This is my local McDonald’s and every single time I come to this McDonald’s they have asked me to pull up to a drive-thru parking spot. I don’t order anything special, I ordered a burger and fries, and it still takes them five minutes to bring it out to my car. And I know they do it because they don’t wanna have long wait times on their stats however they’re lying and manipulating their numbers by making people pull up to parking spots. i’m currently at the restaurant right now in FIVE cars are waiting for their orders. This is truly irritating and just poor customer service, it is a consistent problem I’ve experienced here.

Last week I needed somewhere to work while waiting on a family member who was attending a class nearby. On three separate evenings, I spent about 2.5 hours each night in this McDonalds. The atmosphere was generally quiet. Overall, the dining area was clean with staff periodically checking and wiping tables. The bathroom was one of the cleanest McDonald’s bathrooms I’ve ever been in. Staff appeared to actually be there to work. The woman who appeared to be the leader or manager had a wonderful smile. She was observed multiple times pleasantly greeting and having upbeat conversation with customers.

The McDonald’s at Palladium Shopping Center consistently stands out as my preferred destination for fast food. Unlike many other McDonald’s locations I’ve encountered, this particular establishment consistently delivers exceptional service, maintains a clean environment, and ensures that food is prepared promptly and correctly. Although I did encounter one instance of rudeness from an employee during my numerous visits, overall, the experience has been commendable. The staff members are typically courteous and efficient, and the dining area remains consistently tidy. I can only hope that other McDonald’s outlets strive to emulate the high standards set by this particular location.

Do not place a mobile order at this location after 11PM. This location closes at 11 at night and says it’s open until 12:59. The app will take your money and you will be unable to cancel your order. This needs to be looked at by higher authority. This is the 3rd time I’ve had my money taken from me due to this issue.
