I made a very simple online order…Route 44 no ice and a Jr. Deluxe Cheeseburger (this come with cheese, lettuce, tomato, chopped onion, ketchup, and mayo). I asked for a simple change of no ketchup and extra mayo. My drink was correct, but I received a cheeseburger with only mustard and pickle. Since I pulled into an online stall that had no intercom system, I walked inside which I was immediately met with a rude greeting of “can you step outside”. If you don’t want anyone inside clearly state it on the door or have an intercom system at every stall, so you can be called back when you screw up a simple order. My burger was remade…and it was wrong again. How can a simple order be made wrong not once but twice. Maybe you need to pay more attention to the order vs someone stepping inside your building due to no other way to getting your attention. I did not request it remade again. Figured if they couldn’t get it right twice they probably weren’t going to figure it out for the third time. I did get a star for a free drink when they brought the second cheeseburger out. I would have much preferred my food being made correctly.

Day shift is awesome. My food is almost always perfect, carhops are nice, drive thru is fast.
DONT COME AT NIGHT. First off your food will probably get messed up and when you call in to get it fixed don’t know what girl but she is rude as hell. Also to the girl with the profanity on her name tag, yikes very unprofessional my kids can read so thanks for that they now have a new favorite word.

Usually get my order right and usually decent service. Not every single time, but overall that’s my experience. I went on a Sonic drink phase for a while where that’s what I was always craving, so I’ve been there a lot lol.

Not going to go here any time soon, the carhops that have “helped me ” the last 4 times I’ve gone have been absolutely rude and to be honest I don’t think they have a lick of sense. I shouldn’t have to send my order back 3 times and then ask for someone else before I can get my food. If I could give negative stars I %100 would.

service was quick (I had a big order and it was only about 12 minutes. Burgers were good but the lettuce was wilted/rusted. probably not their fault.

I get drinks here pretty much every day. They’re half price when you use the app. Yesterday, the app messed up and didn’t give the discount, so they refunded my entire bill. They asked me to delete and reinstall the app because it’s been a problem lately.

One of my favorite fast food stops in town. The drive thru is speedy and the prices are great.
Occassionally I get tater tots that are past their prime (or I’d give 5 stars) but that is the only problem i have encountered.
The staff has always been courteous. I don’t recall a time when any of them were difficult or rude.
I really enjoy their cheeseburgers and appreciate the selection of food choices. The Chicken is always cooked through and the burgers are not sloppily made. The cheddar bites and jalepeno poppers are always fresh.
When I’ve ordered a slush or shake, they’re mixed well and taste great.
I can stop here and quickly get lunch or dinner without problems or a 20 minute wait.

They cut you off when you are ordering. Forget sauces and don’t make drinks correctly half the time.
