Older woman cashier with gray hair was unable to break a $50 during lunch time. Then proceeded to tell me ahe doesn’t give receipts that I would get one st the next window. Got my food at next window and no reciept. When I asked for one the young lady with dark hair pony tail was very rude about it. Ill have to reprint one. Whats your order. Pull up it will take a minute. Gives me half reciept amd walks away before I could inform her I did not recieve any bbq sauce I ordered with my nuggets. Extremely rude and why cant they give $43 change back breaking a $50 and give a reciept? Food was good but service terrible.

The staff really needs a tutorial on accuracy. I have tried this place many times they just can’t get orders right in the drive thru…they have had the same employees in place for at least a year. I would recommend that ALL customers at this location physically walk inside to place this order so when the employees give you the wrong order which they likely will you can hand it back to them or ask to speak to a manager who needs to rectify this situation. Would love to hear from management why the team here so consistently misses the mark. The food quality leaves a lot to be desired also. The location is convenient but I am still waiting for the staff to prove they are consistently up to the task. They do a good job about 1 out of 5 times and well 20 percent isn’t great!

I started taking my kid in there every Saturday as it is quiet and he’s on the spectrum with severe sensory issues. He’d quietly eat for 15 minutes or so while I drank coffee and read a book. They hired a young girl who wouldn’t even say hello or respond when I’d say, hi how are you. I’d start telling her my order as she typed it in, but glaringly.. really nasty and cold. It completely ruined our weekly tradition as it began to become a very awkward experience. It’s a shame because this location used to be better than most. Now it seems like it’s become more of a Door Dash hub and the workers aren’t remotely pleasant anymore. That girl seemed nasty with her coworkers too so I can’t imagine her being much of an asset- just fire her

They do the best fri. It’s pretty clean these days. And I loved the perfectionist organizing ketchup. I will post a pic later!
Love Mac when u hungry and there nothing open. Or just once in a year if u miss it! This particular cafe is pretty dirty. Looks like they never clean. The Counters side is dirty. Everything looks mess. Hopefully, i got a takeaway. Still, it’s not nice to wait ur yummy burger at such a place.

Horrible experience. About 15 minutes to get waited on, order and receive a double cheeseburger & fries is unacceptable! Awful location at 2:45 pm in the afternoon on a Friday!! Don’t bother…

Sad to say this location has majorly gone downhill. Haven’t gotten my correct order in last 3 visits. Cant get it right even when ordering through the app. Pic for reference was supposed to be sausage egg an cheese. They missed the cheese and added onions…I hate onions. Quality has gone downhill. Save yourself the hassle and go to the hunt road location.
