I ordered a large pizza 5 topping for a later time 8pm the dasher delivered it a 1pm. I called she said tell him to bring it back he did she said I will reorder you one. Mu order was canceled I had to call that store about 6 times . I ordered a 5 topping pizza where are they & not a thin crust

I had to call a different number to order. These guys are working hard. The sausage pizza was better than the pepperoni. The chicken Alfredo was excellent. The brownie was not too sweet. I gave three stars for the wait time, of three to four cars ahead and no drinks.

Definitely would be all 0 starred! I’ve been craving a good deep dish pepperoni pizza hut pizza for a long time. Website says it still has dine in. So figured why not. But like everything else in the memphis area there isn’t any quality control on food! This one is so doughy it’s inedible! All these people want more pay but can’t do their job right!

I Waited 30 Minutes For My Food. I Placed My Order Online and It Was Suppose To Have Been Ready @4:04. When I Got There A Young Lady Came To The Window and I Told Her My Name. After Waiting About 7-8 Minutes at The Window. The Young Lady Came Back and asked Me To Pull Over To One Of The Parking Spots Because They Were Waiting On My Wings. After 15 Minutes Later Of Sitting And Waiting, and Watching 4 Other Cars Pull Off W/ They Food. I Went In & They Told Me It Was Still 3 Minutes On My Wings. That Was A Lie. Then One Lady Came In about 5 Minutes After Me. She Even Got Her Food Before Me!!! Long Story Short I Didn’t Get My Food Until about 4:40‼️ No Type of Sincere Apology or Anything. They Did Give Me Some Cheese Sticks. But Idk If That Was A Mistake or Not. Because Again Nobody Said Anything ! Not Sorry For The Wait, Or We Gave You This For The Inconvenience. Nothing! Then I Ordered They New Cheese Bites Flight Pizza. The Pizza Looks Nothing Like How It Does Online. The Pizza Look So Dry and There Is No Garlic Seasoning On The Bites Like It Is Online. I also Ordered BBQ Wings. The Wings Barely Got Any Sauce On Them. We Didn’t Get Our Ranch For The Wings or Our Pepperoni Ranch For The Flight Pizza. Very Unsatisfied‼️

the young lady at the window with glasses was very rude! wouldnt come back for anything! i ordered 2 order of wings and told me i had to pay 98 cent for some ranch to go with my wings pathetic huh? sauce should come with it. Acted like she had a attitude. Just rude, all the way around. If she don’t treat the guests right and accommodate her guests. why should she be in the drive thru? POOR customer service!

Whenever you order pizza 30 minutes is fast and on point! Customer service was A+ … customers place their orders online or by telephone. You can not go inside. One of the employees will come to you car to see if you have an order. Pull up to the window, pay if you haven’t already online and wait a few minutes in the parking lot. The employee will bring to you! I like that! Good job!

Horrible, location nasty attitudes and LIE about credits being in system..im sure they are using the credits for their own personal benefits. No corporate phone numbers. So that speak volume in itself!!! I wish I knew who answered the phone when I called so I could put her name on here just nasty and ratchet!!! Im done with this location.
