Today I ordered a sausage egg Mcmuffin, a sausage McGriddle, and a bacon egg cheese biscuit from the McDonalds app. You would think it’s impossible for them to screw up an order from their own app, but this store continues to drop the ball, whether in person or on the app. Instead of the BEC biscuit, I was given an BEC McGriddle. My receipt literally has the correct order on it and they still can’t get it right. Why do these people making $20 an hour to make a sandwich not read their darn screens? Every visit from this location ends in disappointment, I shouldn’t have to do a deep dive to check my order cause your store refuses to read their orders properly. You instill doubt to the people you’re supposed to assure when feeding them, and give them EXACTLY WHAT WE ORDER, not cool!

I gave it a 2 because the cookies I ordered were freshly made, and because the gentleman fixed my order…. The reason it’s missing 3 stars is for the rudeness and disrespectfulness that I received from the other Asian guy and the skinny brat! Gave me my order with an attitude, like, hello?? Are you ok?? This is ridiculous, and this was not the way you were supposed to treat your customers who have and had nothing to do with your day going wrong.

Cannot get the order right. Tonight 1/23/2026 ordered a special order, “2 cheeseburgers with no meat.” I know, it’s for my vegetarian daughter. Anyway the first two we received had meat. The next two only had cheese, between two buns. Horrible. Go to the other two in Pasadena and avoid this one.

They’re always painfully slow to prepare the orders (compared to other McDonald’s) and no one is at the counter to answer questions or anything; you’re left to stand, wondering if any orders on the shelf that you can’t reach is yours, but everyone’s just watching you from the kitchen

I literally just got home . Excited to eat my hash brown with ketchup and once I took a bite I noticed something black. I honestly don’t know what it is. But it was disgusting. Just threw it in the trash ugh .

Served me 2 sandwiches that were expired. A quarter pounder that they repressed the patty. A Filet O Fish that was dark brown dehydrated and looked like it was sitting in a basket. Not to mention I specifically asked the what the 2 for 6 deal was and ordered based on those choices. They didn’t give me fresh food. I should not have to specifically ask that my meal be fresh. Then when I pulled up the price was 12 dollars. The manager tried to convince me to pay and said the food is already ready. (Expired) I feel disrespected by such lackadaisical behavior and arrogant resolve. Pictures below. The only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 is because they were open… The manager said she would change the price for me but it’s the last day of the special. I specifically asked them what the special was. Why am I not only being charged twice as much but I’m given not only poor quality performance but poor quality food? Expired food in fact. Because they would not have re fired the meat and fish if it were edible in the first place. I’ve never seen a quarter ponder look like a whopper before this transaction.

Just called to find out the happy meal toy and was met with a hostile we don’t know we just have them, we can’t provide that information… every McDonald’s i call has never had a problem answering that simple question and even the ones that are a bit irritated with the question still answer it and wish me well for the day. Not this place.
Any who, cool beans, I guess I can’t provide you anymore business…. and I’m a fat happymeal toy collector so to end this I’ll say I’ll driving the extra 2 or something miles to the next.

Completely unacceptable, ordered $102 worth of food and only received the drinks! I want my refund and the store doesn’t even answer, uber doesn’t answer and on top of that the app doesn’t give an option for the refund. Can’t believe it, someone get in contact with me
