If I could give ZERO stars I would. What an awful experience. I went through the line, ordered from the AI bot. Got to the front, paid, got my COLD FOOD WITHOUT SAUCE. The girl never said a word to me. I drove back around. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes to order the honey mustard and for my turn at the window. AGAIN, absolutely NO apology, not even a word. So disrespectful and rude. Now I have honey mustard and even more cold food. By the way if your drive thru can see your kitchen, you may want to make it more cleanly. When you drop someone’s food and touch it with your hands, they can see you.

I’ll be honest, this specific location just got remodeled, but they told me no surpremes at breakfast due to under staff, then proceed to drop supremes for someone else. Very low class experience, will not go back. Not the first time I’ve had a similar experience with this location, knowing well that they do indeed drop surpremes at breakfast. Yep I still ordered, because I was lied to at the box, and hear “how long on those supremes?” only to get a biscuit handed to me. Cuz those weren’t for me. Enjoy your 1 star, and this won’t be recovering ever. This locations staff made poor customer care decisions today

Even though business hours are listed as the dining room being open at 5:00am, the doors were locked at 6:23am. Had to go across the street to McDonalds for breakfast instead.

Went through the drive thru and waited over 10 minutes for 2 sausage boberry biscuits on April 21, 2025. Paid at 6:43 pm and they said it would be five minutes. I noticed they didn’t ring up the second one. Paid for the second one at 6:46 pm… only a difference of 3 minutes. They told us it would be a five minute wait, and we pulled forward and waited for over 10 minutes, about 12 minutes. When I went inside to find out what was going on, the manager was sitting in the lobby and she asked whats going on, and someone from behind the counter was yelling “SHE WAITING ON BISCUITS.” Then gives me the bag while saying “THATS WHAT I WAS DOING” and made an excuse that the biscuits were breaking and thats what took so long. So I go home and open my biscuit and the sausage is literally crammed into the biscuit, with black stuff on the wrapper. I assume the black stuff is burnt stuff from a pan, why is it left in my food and why is my food all smashed up??? Waited almost triple the time they said it would take, and still served smooshed slop that will not be eaten because of the black stuff. This place is awful, for real. Customer service and food a 0/10. I mean look at what they gave me. A sausage crammed into a dry biscuit. With black stuff. The black stuff is not boberry it is like char or burnt or something. Like wow.

They aren’t all on the same page at this location. Some want to serve customers fresh food and management want to get the food cooked out the door. Witnessed this in real time.

Dined inside as the drive thru was lined half way around the building and only one couple dining inside. No one in line when me and another man came in. Environment very noisy from the yelling of demands between the workers. As we waited for our order to be taken, within a minute another four people came in, then a few more. No employees even looked our way. After 15 minutes waitingI ask politely if any we could get our orders taken ( the line had went up to 13, then only to five by the time I asked). The girl at the front says “we have to do all door dash orders and we have a ton”. The manager beside her said to take our orders. She rang up the guy in front of me and went back to doing door dash orders. Two more people walked out at that time. Once the manager finally recognized I was still in line, I finally got service…and an incomplete order. Total time 35 minutes. SHM

What happened to this place?! Cashier clearly sick and coughing into the same hand she used to put the paper lining in my food box. Employees are arguing over who should fix the soda fountain. “I haven’t drank soda in 3 months.” “Well I haven’t drank soda in 6 months.” AI drive through teller that try’s to upsell you 10 times while you’re ordering but can’t handle more than one change to your order. They recently renovated the building and now it’s nearly impossible to get through the drive through without either scratching your bumper or hitting the curb. Take your pick because once you’re in the line there’s no way to get out. And don’t bother going inside because they prioritize the drive through over walk ins so you’re going to wait 10 minutes even if you’re the only one in line. I’ve been served multiple chicken sandwiches that were still cold in the center. This place HAS to get it together.

My family used to eat at this location quite a bit but the service got slow and the food wasn’t very good so we quit going there. A month or so ago it underwent renovations so I decided to give it another try. I walked in about a week ago and the first thing that caught my eye was the filthy floor. I overlooked it and and went to order. Everyone working was too busy to talking to other customers and cutting up to take my order. I looked around for the sanitation grade and saw it is a 90. I just walked out and rode over to Zaxby’s. I was a little surprised since it had just been renovated but I would never recommend this location.

This location can’t get an order right to save their lives. And if they do, it’s rarely cooked right. They were closed for weeks to remodel and I was hoping they spent that time training a new crew, but once they reopened, things seemed worse than before. Including the parking lot layout. Next time I need Bojangles that bad, I’ll drive 5 miles further to the next one, but I’m done spending money at this location.

After my second trip to get the correct order, I returned home to find that my chicken biscuit was a burnt crisp. No meat, just hard and dry. The other food was simply edible.
