Can I file a lawsuit against this McDonald’s?
I found big pieces of paper or some kind of material in my meat double quarter ponder deluxe. I have to vomit almost got stuck in my throat I wish I had pictures but I was driving .
So talk to the lady manager witch confirmed is a wrap paper that separates the meat crazy that thing could kill me on the road.

The early morning shift is awesome with the 5 AM crew. The manager is great, and the food is delicious. However, today at 11am I ordered a McCrispy meal with large fries. The fries were very soggy and not filled to the top.

Staff are so dependent on the kiosks that there is virtually no counter service. Simple order took 15 minutes. I marked the order as special request but when I went to the counter after my order was placed in the pickup rack, the staff ignored me for over 5 minutes so I left. Another person was also waiting at the counter to order. Food was just OK.

Extremely poor service. I’ve visited this location multiple times and each experience has been disappointing. The staff appears disengaged and depends solely on kiosks rather than assisting customers. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized half my order was missing. This location seriously needs better staffing and customer service.

There is a horrible manager on staff. I believe his name is Justyn and he’s incredibly rude and can’t be bothered to take orders right. My order was simple yet of course when I get home and open my meal there’s food missing. Not only that but the employees are treated horribly by this manager. I recently stopped by the McDonald’s at the Love’s Gas Station in Anthony, TX, for a quick bite on the road around 4:00 am. It was convenient that they were open so early. The overall experience was average. The customer service was just okay, and my drink was not even filled properly in the cup. However, the food was as expected, which was good enough for a quick meal on the go. This location is handy for early travelers in need of a fast food option.

Whoever the lady at working night shift on on Monday, Oct 27th at 12 am had an incredibly condescending tone and attitude throughout the entire interaction. As someone who works in food service and once worked at McDonalds teach your employees at this location that just because they are working graveyard doesn’t excuse their actions.

Place was dirty and unsanitary there was a dirty mop right besides the POS
apples on the happy meals expired when asked to replace apples they couldn’t because all they’re apples were expired which left me concern about what was I eating the cheeseburger was inedible had to throw all the food away I really have a hard time wondering how a business operates and thrives with such lack of concern for the cleanliness of their establishment

The remodel makes the restaurant appear brighter and more open. Not a big fan of the tables and chairs but overall the new design is nice. Food quality is still good and despite the self-ordering kiosks, the cashier was still available and nice.
