This is a cute coffee shop, and it was my first time visiting. It’s in a friendly and very convenient area, and it has a drive-through, which is a big plus. The staff was very friendly. I didn’t go inside because I used the drive-through, so I can’t describe the interior, but everyone I interacted with was really nice.
I feel like every Starbucks makes the same drinks a little differently; you just have to find the one that fits your comfort best. This location is in a good area near South County Mall and is great for grabbing coffee on the go.

One thing to note: the place can be a bit hard to get to. The entrance is small, and the parking lot is compact, so make sure you slow down when turning in. There are a lot of people walking around, so drive carefully and watch for pedestrians.

Overall, it’s a cute little spot for drive-through coffee in a decent, busy area.

6-11min wait…not bad under the circumstances but then my hot coffee had ZERO creamer despite what i ordered…i left & went to the mall before noticing…couldnt drink it…went back but even adding creamer couldnt save this cup…bummer…ive never given my Starbucks a less than perfect rating…im a bit hurt

2/27/2026 Came in a 6 for a Doordash. I think the goal is to be rude and disrespectful to everyone that comes in as well as make them feel unwelcome! Instead of greeting me they immediately said my order wasn’t ready before I even gave a name. There is a code to use the bathroom. They also tell me to wait a different spot for pick up orders every time I come in here. An M5 hangout was outside where tons of kids were smoking weed and revving their engines until their cars pop so loud it sounds like a gunshot. I didn’t see a single cup of coffee in that group. I will pass the next time I get an order from here

Picture is obviously after I finished drinking coffee and some ice already melted.
Probably a reason why ice isn’t in big cubes anymore. Small cubes or “crushed” ice will fill up the cup and you get less of what you actually want.

Service was great, we didn’t wait very long. The nitro cold brew (which is my usual) tasted a day old but both the blended Carmel Crunch and chocolate cake pop were pleasant.

The Starbucks on Ball Street is beautiful. It has what I consider an iconic mural depicting the 1904 Worlds Fair. Absolutely beautiful. The manager was so friendly and the workers were timely and friendly to each other.

This location has been dropping the ball. Seems like every other day they don’t allow you to place mobile orders for pick up. When I asked as to why, they simply implied that it’s less orders they have to get to. So I’ve opted to go inside since then to place my orders because their drive through line tends to stretch out on to the busiest street ever, Lindbergh, causing more traffic. Now they have been simple closing the cafe when they feel fit, so you’re forced to sit in that monstrosity of a line or just leave. Which is a huge inconvenience with my morning commute. They changed hours as listed below which is fine. However when I show up to place a drive through order at 5:20am clearly passed their 5am opening. Mind you with staff inside the store, they refuse to take my order as well as the other 10 vehicles. When I simply went to the window to just check if and when they would open the employee just looked at me and said we’re closed rudely and turned her back on me, refusing to even open the window to specify why or when they’d open. Just left me sitting there and ignoring me hoping I’d go away. Very unprofessional, if you’re going to run a business then why allow employees to simple deter your paying customers, just cause they don’t feel like working. I’m done with this Starbucks and their horrible service, I’ll take my business else where.

ONE OF THE FEW REMAINIMG LOCATIONS WITH OUTDOOR SEATING (Large Groups)

The location at 7333 Lindbergh in St Louis missouri. I only gave two stars on food because I got no food when I was there only had a cold brew with cold frothy milk. And a large blonde pour over.
I was mainly there to do paperwork and monthly updates for my laptop, as well as update road add truck stop closures in my Atlas.
Yes there is a push button code on the restrooms, I think it’s a good idea to keep the restrooms clean and to keep those responsible who like to mess him up! The overall atmosphere is wonderful and the staff was very friendly and courteous.
