I’ve been to Cicis before; and they never disappoint this location is no exception to that! Staff were super friendly!
The food itself with was ok, these may have been do the time my family eats the pizza had been out awhile. Which is not the staff fault! Plenty of room both inside and for parking! It’s even better if your family is like mine which your pizza preferences are different. They will aslo make you a custom pizza if you ask (though can not say if they charge for that or not. As we did not order it. But we saw someone ask)
There brownies where ok, but if your like me and prefer a sweeter type brownie they man not be for you!
The pumpkin cinnamon roll was wonderful! Wish I cloud have more then one! 10/10 would recommend.
I can’t say much about the pizza it was pretty good. But like mentioned it didn’t seem super fresh (which again is not the staffs fault) but was still good! I can only image that getting it when it’s more fresh is prefect!
So needless to say if you or your family a picky eater like I am! This is a place is great! Both in staff and food!

My first time eating Cicis pizza and I was not missing out. Not impressed. Pizza was not great. A lot of the tables weren’t bussed. The floor was filthy, with pizza and trash all over the floor. Location needs an employee servicing the floor and not all of them behind the counter and in the kitchen.

A small group of us went Friday around lunch and none, I mean NONE of the pizzas were fully cooked. Even the dessert pizzas and cinnamon rolls were soooo doughy! I mention it to a staff member but nothing was done about it. I had tipped before (when we paid) I wish I hadn’t because it was such a waste. This was the second time I have been and it was like that. I thought maybe the first time was just a fluke, but they don’t cook their pizzas long enough which I don’t understand. Seems like an easy fix.

Huge shoutout to the amazing staff tonight! I watched as they took care of 130 band students and parents, kept the buffet full and fresh, and turned the dining room around in no time. Absolutely fantastic job! And the hamburger pizza is the best around!

We had low expectations, we went because we had a coupons but we really enjoyed our lunch. The staff kept the buffet stocked with fresh pizzas! It was very busy when went, like every table was filled! This location is great!

Both pizzas I tried were undercooked and doughy. Pasta noodles were overcooked and got stuck in my teeth with every bite. White sauce was bland and tasteless. Temperature was hotter inside the restaurant than it was outside. The only two redeeming factors of this location were the friendly staff and the decent-tasting fountain drinks. Will not visit again.

This cicis was my favorite location I drive from Killeen to eat here with the kids sense the cicis there is never on point but Sundays visit was upsetting, there was a over load of staff and yet no pizzas coming out and more and more people were flooding in and the staff was just standing and discussing there Halloween plans and who was coming to what party my wife went up to order a pizza sense there was none to choose from cause the pizzas were not coming out fast enough and it was placed in a box and was forgotten about it went back up to order again and got a personal pizza that was still doe , I hope my next visit is better , the kids didn’t even enjoy it and they eat anything in pizza sauce

Cici’s always has a great selection of pizzas, salads, desserts and pasta. Tonight they weren’t very busy but they still had a great selection. Great customer service too! It’s a good place to take the kids, they get all they want. I especially enjoy their salad bar, good choices of vegetables and dressings (they serve you with a smile), very pleasant atmosphere! The dining area was very clean..
