Amazing Experience at Juicy Crab!
My daughter and I had such a great time at Juicy Crab! The food was fast, fresh, flavorful, and seasoned perfectly. Everything came out hot and delicious.
A special shout-out to our waitress, Dameda — she was absolutely wonderful! Friendly, attentive, and so patient. She checked on us often, made sure our drinks stayed full, and gave great recommendations. Her service truly made the experience even better.

I visited Juicy Crab with my cousin, and we were blown away by the exceptional service we received from Christian the server. From the moment we sat down, he went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect. We both ordered seafood boils, and not only was the food amazing, but the level of care Christian showed truly made our visit unforgettable.
Christian the server was incredibly attentive—checking in at the right times, making sure we had everything we needed, and offering helpful suggestions without ever being pushy. He explained the menu clearly, made sure our seasonings and spice levels were exactly how we wanted them, and kept our drinks full the entire time. His positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations.
It’s rare to find a server who delivers this level of customer service, and Christian did it effortlessly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers’ experience.
Highly recommend stopping by Juicy Crab—and definitely ask for Christian the server.

It was great for our first time, our server Christian Montgomery was really good, attentive, polite and made sure our experience was good. He even held the door open when leaving and gave great recommendations. We’d definitely come back with him as our waiter again.

I will never go to this location again in life. I’ve been in the past but recently went here with my kids. The host was very rude. We got seated at a table and never got service for over 35 minutes. I had to go to a manager to complain just for them to tell me they was about to close. The host lied like she did remember who seated us etc. got in my face after I had facts about the horrible service. Very unprofessional, tacky and classless. I will just go to the Howell mill location from now on
